great place, one of the best on our trip: cleanliness, style, breakfast, location, hosts

Great location a short walk from the centre of town. Spacious room and bathroom stylishly furnished and extremely comfortable. Really friendly and helpful hosts. Parking included in a secure car park nearby. Fresh bread and pastries for breakfast.

Parking the car outside to offload luggage could be tricky on a really busy day, but the host is so helpful with taking bags and personally taking guests to park so this is easily overcome.

excellent location 8min walk to train 3 min walk to centre. staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms were spacious, airy and cleaned every day, breakfast was superb.

We were met by the very friendly and welcoming owner who helped us unload our luggage and then came with us to show us the gated car park. The property was very well appointed and looked after. Decoration and furnishings were very tasteful and what we found the particularly interesting was the use of technology (touch sensitive panels in the rooms and outside the doors of the rooms), which not only allowed you to manage your air con, and open your door but also gave you info. about sightseeing in the local area. Our room was beautifully furnished and which we thoroughly enjoyed staying there. We had a lovely selection of fruit teas in the room. Lovely soft and very large towels were provided for our use. The centre of the old town was a very short walk away, making it possible for us to spend some time there in the late afternoon and evening. We were sorry only to be staying on night as both the property and Pistoia are most worthy of a longer visit! Breakfast offered a wide selection of fresh bread, pastries (delicious!) and cheese and meats and was included in the very reasonable price.

Pretty amazing property, very close to the center or Pistoia. Easy to reach even on foot from the train station.

The decor is beautiful & the accommodation is extremely clean, comfortable & very tastefully decorated. The owners & staff are lovely - very welcoming & willing to help. Location is good & there is plenty to choose from at breakfast. Definitely recommend & look forward to staying here again.

The hosts are incredibly welcoming and such nice people. The location is perfect if you want to get around Pistoia. The B&B is right outside the city centre and it takes around 5 minutes walking to get to the main squares where you can find plenty of restaurants and bars. The room was clean and tidy and very modern. We had a sweet breakfast in the morning and there were cakes and croissants. Definitely recommended and we’ll be back!

Couldn't be happier about this hotel. The location close to city centre, the expansive and tidy room and the delicious breakfasts were the highlights. Furthermore, the owners were very helpful, they even recommended some wineries and pizzerias nearby that we enjoyed.

Great choice for breakfast and able to sit on terrace. Generous with bottles of water provided in the room.

The host are really welcoming and very friendly, they help to get stuff to the room, and the room is really large spacious and clean . water is available free of cost from fridge , anytime you can go and grab it . breakfast was also amazing, you have good options. definitely recommend if you are traveling in Tuscany . good secure parking is also available in 5 euro . and will come again for sure here

Everything, close to centre, hosts were charming and kind, made me coffee, very helpful guides. The breakfast was amazing, the room was stylish and modern and spotlessly clean, enhanced by state of the art technology and lighting. Netflix available as well

The hosts are unbelievably kind and the rooms were spacious, comfortable, clean and modern. The location is just a few steps from the charming Pistoia downton area and it had a secured parking lot; we couldn't have asked for a better stay.

perfect location within 2 minutes walk of the town centre. large bedroom with very high quality and tasteful furnishings. the hosts couldn’t be more pleasant and helpful. breakfast also excellent. this property would be great option to visit Florence as there is a fast train service from Pistioa which takes you to the centre of Florence in only 30 minutes.

Wonderful accommodation, great breakfast, nice staff who gave us a tip on the best Tuscan restaurant in Pistoia. We will definitely come back. Everything was perfect. :-)

Wow, even if I wasn't planning to go to Pistoia, I would consider to come back, just for this place. Fabio and his team are just the ice on the cake for something special. We wish you the deserved success with your B&B!

Unfortunately we only stayed one night at B&B Pistoia Inn, but already this one night was amazing. The hosts are very polite, super friendly and communicative. They both really made sure everything is in place, provided tipps for food and Pistoia attractions and also did not hesitate to have a quick chat :) The interior is amazing and the cleaniness was flawless! We will for sure come back and stay longer at this beautiful place!

Beautiful B&B just a few minutes out of the old city center of Pistoia. Spacious room and big bathroom. The hosts are really nice and privat parking is available if needed.

Everything was perfect. The communication on Whatsapp, prior my arriving. The breakfast in Club V was a special experience, a few steps walking from the hotel. The room was super clean and confortable.

Excellent location and staff (absolutely friendly and helpful) and excellent place to visit Pistoia and surroindings (an unknown jewel in Toscana maybe because Firenze proximity)
