Good hardware, and good food

Very bad of Breakfast ticket issue. I booked with breakfast, but counter told me no breakfast. I understand that might not DormyInn’s mistake, not counter staff mistake, but still feel unhappy. And finally the issue have been clarified and I had my breakfast, but the last day, staff mentioned me again that no breakfast and I need to pay, even in front of other customers. That made me so mad. Finally I had my breakfast, but the feeling not well. Counter lady staff has good attitude, but who wants to be treated as breakfast cheater? Booking better make it clear.

Conveniently located near Himeji station, walking distance to Himeji castle, nice onsen and complimentary ramen in the evening was a plus!

Location was great, very convenitnet to the train station and not far from Himeji Castle and Gardens and the Museum of Literature. Breakfast was terrific. Onsen was lovely and I liked the inclusion of the cold pool.

Water was not hot enough in either of the hot pools at the onsen.

特にない。

駅からのアクセスが良かった。温泉も気軽に使えて良かったし部屋も満足でした。 夜食蕎麦の無料サービスがあるのを知りましたが、夕飯を食べ過ぎてたべられなかったのが少しだけ残念でした。 今度宿泊する際は是非食べてみたいと思います。

特に不満はありませんでした。 強いて言えば２台目のスマホのWi-Fiが繋がらなかった事ですが、スマホ側の原因かもしれません。 あとウェルカムサービスは欲を言えば地域の銘菓だと良かったですが、予算上これは贅沢な欲求ですね。

Hotel staff were not happy to give us tattoo patches for the Onsen. They did but we could tell it was frowned upon.

Nice room. Good breakfast. A nice family feel.
