Property is spacious, clean and within walking distance to the beach.

The townhouse was even nicer in person than in the photos. I was amazed at the space. The kitchen and family area (open concept) allowed for all of us to be together while preparing meals, doing dishes, etc. The dining room easily seated 9 of us (the five staying in the house plus 4 more). We traveled with three teens/young adults, who each had their own room. Our master suite was set off to itself and had a lovely balcony overlooking the courtyard. As other reviewers have mentioned, the street side of the house can be a little noisy since it is on a main thoroughfare, but nothing that some white noise or earplugs can't fix. The location was good; less than a 10-minute walk to the beach, close to miniature golf, shops, indoor skydiving, and many restaurants. I had to get in touch with the manager over something that I thought was missing (which was not, as it turns out), and got a very prompt and helpful reply. We would definitely stay here again!

House was as described. Large & spacious with room for everyone to be comfortable. Traveled with our adult children & grandchildren. The girls had room to run around. It was clean & comfortable. Beds were really comfortable & I slept great. Only cons were that shower water pressure wasn’t great. There were 8 of us but only 7 forks in the utensil drawer. Would have been nice to have a few board games for a rainy day. We have a few family members with health issues so the walk to the beach was a little far so we had to drive & park but if you have no health issues the walk to the beach is not bad at all. I would definitely stay here again. We made great family memories.

Myself and family came from out of town to surprise my grandmother for her 79th birthday. The home was spacious enough to accommodate everyone and very clean. The booking process was very easy, hosts were readily available if needed and gave clear directions and instructions. Definitely a home I would book again

We enjoyed everything about our stay. We only had an issue with the keypad upon entering but it was resolved after talking to the property manager. I would def stay again if I ever need to.

We were very pleased with the cleanliness of this property! Beds/pillows were very comfortable. The beach is a few blocks from the house and very convenient. The keyless entry lock had some minor issue and the property owner was very quick to respond to fix. Like other reviewers noted, the street noise could be a bit much, so maybe investing in a sound proof windows/inserts on the side of the main street could help. Overall we were very happy with the stay and definitely will come back!

Property is in great condition and very clean. It had all the kitchen and bath amenities needed for our 8 person group. The only drawback with location is street noice at night on the weekend but we’ve found that pretty typical at most of our VA Beach visits in any convenient location. The property is within an easy walk to the beach and several restaurants.

Parents with adult kids and their partners. We loved the community space for cooking, watching movies and visiting. Bedrooms and bathrooms were nicely private. Great location, neighbors were friendly and mature. Can be a bit of traffic noise. Would stay again.

Close to beach and restaurants and we walked everywhere. House was very nice and comfy, would stay here again.

We would have preferred a property closer to the beach but none were available. Still, four blocks wasn’t too hard to walk with our gear. An outdoor shower or fully accessible hose (not just a spigot) would have been nice to hose off before coming in. Otherwise property was fine - no complaints. Check out process was super easy too - minimal work involved.

Awesome house! Inside and outside is beautiful, new, and it is as good as it looks in the pictures. Owners were very responsive and pleasant. I would highly recommend this place for work and leisure.

There are only 2 parking places for the house. Some had to park in a parking garage blocks away. Not really a big deal but annoying at the time. Also, if you sleep in the bedrooms that face the Main Street, bring your earplugs! We were constantly woken up by motorcycles, loud cars, and an ambulance. We went down to the drug store and purchased earplugs then we slept like babies! These are just things to keep in mind. No reason not to book because, like I said, the home is beautiful and spacious and close to everything! We had a great time!

This is a fabulous house to stay in! The location is great and the house is great - in great condition, SO clean, well stocked, etc. We will definitely stay here again - and would highly recommend it to others.

Quick Trip to VA beach area to attend a sporting event at the Virginia Beach Sports Center. The location of the VRBO home was perfect. Very close to the venue (3 min drive). The house was close to a Harris Teeter for grocery shopping. Very close to the beach and in a central location to many activities. - The home was fully stocked with supplies. - No issue with appliances. - Plenty of towels. - The washing machine and dryer worked well. - Plenty of space. - Room for parking. I would rent this home again. Easy access, I did not have to call the owner because everything went well during out stay.

An awesome townhouse with three spacious bedrooms and a private third level sleeping loft with two twins. The loft would be perfect for teens. It is very new and was well furnished. Location is a couple of blocks from the beach and the convention center. We enjoyed our stay and definitely would return.

We came down for a wedding and this property was perfect! The house was immaculate and beautifully decorated. It’s in a great location. Shep was lovely to deal with and very responsive to all my questions! Would highly recommend and would definitely stay at one of their properties again!

All aspects of the property were outstanding. We stayed while visiting family and we will be back to this property next time we are in town.

First for us doing a family vacation (4 couples) and this place worked out well for us. We had plenty of room to spread out & privacy when needed. We all commented on how quiet it was, especially at night after going to bed. A little longer walk to the beach than what we expected; but it still wasn’t bad. I suggest renting a cart if you have a lot of beach gear. We were in walking distance to a lot of restaurants. Didn’t need to drive much at all. Overnight parking needed if there are more than 2 cars; but it was close by. Would definitely stay here again.
