It’s in the station, makes it easy when we arrived via the train. Easy reach for food, there’s a shopping mall Takasyimaya, easy access to the trains to get anywhere and a bus terminal nearby too.

Location was central to train and subway lines, food options, shopping and sightseeing. The hotel and rooms were clean and as shown on the website. Check in process was easy. The hotel was well staffed and all staff members were polite and spoke both English and Japanese. Amenities were plentiful and good quality. The view of the city in the morning and evening was amazing.

文句はない。一流ホテルは大体何処もこんな風に立派に出来ていてスタッフもおかしな人間はいない。とびっきりという感じはなかった。 とびっきり優雅な人間を世の中で稀に見掛けますが、そういう人間を教育で仕上げられるものなのか、分からない。言葉遣い、声音、物腰、仕草、緩慢など想像ができない、見て初めて分かる、とびっきりの優雅な人間がこの世に存在していることは間違いない。 スタッフをTPOに関わらずそういう風に育て挙げられたら日本一の組織になることでしょう。此れまでに２人知り、二人とも男で、会わなければこういう人がいることさえ分からなかったことでしょう。生きてきた世界が狭かったとは思いません。そういう優雅な人間が存在していると知っただけで納得です。単なる接遇教育ではできません。別格です。 とびっきりのスタッフには出会わなかった。 豪華な部屋や贅を尽くした造作は出来ますが、このとびっきり優雅な人間をつくり集めるのは手間暇かかりすぎです。出来たらトップになれます。

15階がフロントでエレベーターの使い方など普通のホテルと違っていた。行ってみて、前にも来たことがあると思い出し、普通とは勝手が違うことを思い思い動いていた。

Price of breakfast and hotel drinks/lunch. Staff were not helpful.

Everything was well thought out in the room. I can already tell that the hotel values feedback and took action to make the guest feel comfortable. There were many little details that they paid attention to in the hotel room. From hairdyer to the glass door in the toilet. It makes the guest felt well taken care of. The star of this stay is the breakfast. If you are staying in this hotel, do yourself a favour and book the breakfast. The breakfast selections were generous and the varieties of the dishes didn't bore us for the 3 days we were in the hotel.

The lift gets a bit crowded at times.

Excellent location. Executive lounge offered Breakfast, Afternoon Tea, Cocktail and Night cap with good variety of food and drinks.

The breakfast was good. On arrival I was place din a smoking room which I asked to be non smoking. I upgraded my room upon arrival and then the room was far nicer.

The basic room is not good. Also having to pay top use some of the facilities was frustrating.

Excellent hotel at the best possible location (literally inside the main train station). Amazing breakfast.

Price was a bit on the higher side but is expected.

The hotel itself is very nice, the amenities are great as well. I only stayed one night but Nagoya seems like a great place to take a personal trip. The location is perfect since the hotel is at Nagoya station itself, you don't even have to go out.

It was not very easy to go out of the hotel since you need to transfer to another elevator to go to the ground floor level. I tried buying at a conbini at the ground level and I couldn't get back up since the elevatos on the ground floor did not go up from 7am to 10am.

Located close to train and bus station that has a direct line to Ghibli Theme park. Very comfortable and spacious rooms. Nice view of Nagoya from our room.

Entrance was a little hard to find from the train station, as it's off in a corner and a bit unassuming, but once you enter, it instantly transports you away from the hustle of the train station.

It was very special for us to spend a night in the JR Towers. View is magnificent! Stuff was very friendly and helpful. Location within Nagoya Station is perfect for a stop. Reception is at Floor 15, below is the department store Takashimaya. This is also a special experience.

We didn`t have breakfast or use any restaurants therefore we cannot say anything about it. Accomodation is quite expensive but worth the price. No complaints
