For english reader, its quite hard to find the hotel coz its written with japanese katakana. Its good for 1-2 days stay, the room dont have big space for big luggage.

The location is near Nagoya train station however it is not easy to find the hotel I taked 1.5 hrs to find it. You should ask the officer at tourist information in the train station. If you do not want to get lost , depart from the station in North exit . You can see ESCA underground shopping mall. Go straight then cross the road then pass Bic camera shop then turn left.You can see the Red colored decorated grocery shop. Turn right you can see the hotel. The staffs are nice and response actively to my request

Actually,I booked nonsmoking room ,but when I get inside the room.I smelled Cigarette smoking I can not sleep However,the staff at that time change another non-smoking room at different floor. The space in the room is very tiny and narrow. The furniture in the room quited old style and the bathroom basin quite narrow not suitable for European or American guests The name of the hotel is small .It's hard to see.

Rooms spacious and functional for a single traveller given the cheap rate and also exceptionally clean. Good size TV screen. Cheap breakfast can be arranged in the cafe where reception is.

Difficult to find, with only a sign on a glass door at street level. Electric jug in room, but no cups/mugs nor tea/coffee; either bring your own or purchase at counter near reception. Staff didn't fluently speak English and most written material available in Japanese. However, experienced travellers will get by.

It is very close to the train station, and I discovered that the E2 exit of Esca (underground shopping at the station) is the closest underground access point for this hotel! I walked above ground, past many bars and people, when I arrived, and it was a little embarrassing. The breakfast choices were decent, but you have to remember to choose the night before. I was happy to have breakfast included. I loved the unlimited tea/coffee/juice, and the takeout cups for them as well! There is access to the unlimited coffee and tea at all hours of the day, but outside of breakfast there is a small fee. The room was a little cheap looking, but was perfectly clean. I felt like I got what I paid for. As a person who likes soft beds, the bed was slightly firm, but acceptable. There is an easy access HDMI port for the TV, as well.

There is a very high step up into the bathroom. I wish there were another step in between if it needs to be so high. The bathroom was also a little cramped, but it was good enough for just a couple of nights. I was asked "about the cleaning of your room" when I checked in, and I had no idea what they meant. Well, they want to know if you would like your room cleaned every day. A card to hang on the door would be a better solution for this. The wording of the "question" was odd, and I was caught off guard because I have never been asked this before. There is usually a "do not disturb" card for the door at other hotels I have been to.

Great location/value for money. Room was QUIET despite being next to the elevator. Clean enough and comfortable.
