A wonderful property that had everything we needed, in an amazing location that was a short drive to all amenities and attractions.

We stayed at Dunescape Beach house to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday with family. The property was in the perfect location to walk to the beach and restaurants. There was plenty of spare for 7 of us and Marlu the dog loved the yard.
Thanks Peter for the tip about the local golf course it was excellent!!

Property was lovely. Very clean and plenty of room. Loved the warm outdoor shower after a swim. Just watch out as fridge was turned off on our arrival. Beds super comfy and great outdoor areas. Only a short walk to the beach.

We stayed at Dunescape for 3 nights and we fell
In love with this beautiful home. It had everything that we needed and was spacious and clean. We had 4 adults and 3 dogs with us. The garden was safe and a great place for our dogs to let off steam. They thoroughly enjoyed their stay too. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The house was beautiful and well looked after. I really enjoyed the multiple levels and areas so you could chill out and read a book or socialise at the same time. The location was excellent and only a short walk to beaches, cafes and a bar

Excellent stay and excellent communication from host Peter. Really put my mind at ease when I was booking. I accidentally entered the wrong email address for myself and Peter worked with me to make sure the booking was safe and was great.

We enjoyed a couple nights at this property with the kids, grandparents and doggie Luna. Walking distance to the beach and a fantastic cafe. Had all the amenities we needed for a lovely stay.

We had a wonderful 3 nights stay and everything about the house was just perfect. We took a little dog and was so lovely that the property was secure for him to laze around. The house is just stunning and so much room, spotlessly clean and everything you need for a wonderful break. Location is spot on within easy walking distance to the beach. I took my elderly Mum who has mobility issues and she even managed the walk down to beach which was just fab and she loved the house. I loved the outside space in the garden the view of the stars is something else. We had a little visit from a possum and made my night as not something I have seen before. Would highly recommend this house for a lovely break away. Thank you so much

My family and I came down for Christmas and a summer break, and were not disappointed. The home was clean and space and in a lovely quiet location even at the busy time of the year.
It’s in a great location walking distance to the beach, the Common and the park.
Thanks to Peter and Cary for their hospitality and hope to be back one day.

Great location, good for the dogs, well stocked house.

We enjoyed our stay as we were able to take all 5 fur babies with us. The yard was fully secure so we didn’t have to worry about them exploring.
The 2 legged tourists had a great time as well exploring the vineyards which were close by.
The house was comfortable with plenty of areas to sit around enjoying our wine.
Will definately be back.

Great location, walking distance to White Elephant Cafe and short drive to Margaret River area. The house is clean, spacious and comfortable. And the fire place is perfect for those cold, winter nights. Great communication and response rate from the owners of the property. This is our second visit, look forward to another in the future 😊

We had a lovely time at Dunescape. It had everything we needed for a 4 night stay during winter. Location is close walking distance to the beach and the wonderful White Elephant cafe. The yard was great for our dog too.

This is a great place to stay with family, friends and pets. The years is a good size dor a dog and the deck is in a lovely position to view the sunset. It’s in a great location that’s walking distance from the cafe and dog beach. Thank you 😊

House with almost everything you need, plenty of space for families and quiet location for relaxing. Close to the many beautiful beaches, coastlines and cafes. Outdoor space is perfect for dogs, with enclosed spaces for them to be housed securely when you are exploring the region.

Great location and property has everything you need.
Felt the listing slightly misrepresented the property given we booked for two so they locked off the other bedrooms and bathroom. Completely understand so you don’t have to clean the whole lot, but perhaps make that known in the listing.

Whole family enjoyed thoroughly. Close to beach, surf, fishing. The house itself was perfect including the layout. Kids can be down the back whilst adults can enjoy some peace up the front. Enough grass to enjoy and the garden was very peaceful also. Outdoor showers a hit after the beach. Overall just excellent.

Nice place to stay in a great location. Good rooms that are spread out and good for a family. The beach is just down the road (a short walk), close to some good wineries. Great stay really enjoyed it.

Great property for 4 of us plus Poppy the dog. Peter was a great communicator and very helpful. You can also walk to the beach from his house.

Relaxing beachside escape for the whole family
