Location was good.
Underground parking was good.
Studio size was good.
TV was useless. No satellite channels. Had to use a personal Chromecast.
Shower water seeps onto the toilet floor.
Kitchen utensils were very limited.

Wifi was terrible and every few minutes disconnecting. I complaint several time but issue didn't resolve.

Service is excellent, everything from luggage and parking of car taken care of, even delivering my takeaway deliveries to my room.

we were three but they put towels for
2 so we had to ask always for it

The room were big and clean. Also very goof location.

Reception staffs were not helpful specially the Philippino lady, we requested for a late check out and she directly denied and told us to pay. Even we are repeated guest to their hotel which she didn't concern and treated like she don't wanna help us. Even I agreed to pay for half day and and requested to allow us to check out qt 7 pm. She denied and said 5.00 pm strictly.
Dear Hotel team, Please always be flexible with guests and check the history about us. We choose your hotel repeatedly since its like our second home to rest ourself and its easy to access our work place.
I hope I'll get a call from you guys to sort this out.

Staffs are really nice and accommodating.
The rooms are neat and clean.
Almost everything you need is availble for ur stay.
No toothbrush and toothpaste available.

The rooms are tidy and clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
The parking not up to the level of the good service provided. It is narrow and limited. The hotel can not confirm your parking spot availability. I believe it is a result of the design of the building and the management of the hotel cannot do anything about it and it’s not their fault.

Too cozy/ congested car park, cozy room spaces, mandatory consumable stubs provided to guests were too less.
note:- we booked a studio apartment.
