The location seems very complex and it does not look as a good neighborhood

The room was very clean and modern! It is definitely a gem for the price. I enjoyed the fact that there was a Turkish ottoman in the bathroom to bathe because it was different and neat to experience. The hotel itself is located in a very vibrant part of the city. You can walk to all the shops and restaurants. Next door, there is a delicious restaurant. Please note there is no Uber in this town, but luckily there are several affordable taxis outside the hotel.

This hotel appears to be understaffed. My husband wanted an extra cover as the bed solely had one thin blanket. The staff member at the front desk said he would bring it to our room and never did. Also: there are no phones in the room, so you cannot call reception if you need something. The other issue was the AC, which appears to be nonexistent in Europe. This hotel also does not immediately inform you of tours. I had to ask them for information. Even with these minor issues, I still would recommend this hotel. It’s very affordable, so do not expect much.

Czystość i lokalizacja.

Temperatura i ciśnienie wody ciągle się zmieniały co sprawiło duże problemy podczas brania prysznica. Pokoje nie są dźwiękoszczelne jak jest podane w opisie pokoju i słychać hałasy z sąsiednich pokoi.

Местоположение как плюс. Мягкая кровать.

Окна выходили вод внутреннюю часть, постоянно ночью было шумно, кто-то в холе громко себя вел, персонал не реагировал. Утюга нет в гостинице. При раннем выезде не смогли даже собрать завтрак в дорогу, хотя спрашивали накануне в 6 вечера.

The location was excellent, close to the harbour and to the main district of izmir. The room was cosy, the bed comfortable, and included a kitchenette and fridge, and a clean bathroom.

There could have been a television, but this was a minor let down.

We were very satisfied with the Riva hotel, it is located in the very center of the city, in a quiet and silent place. The rooms were cleaned every day, we were very satisfied with their cleanliness. The staff of the hotel is very friendly, they help promptly when I ask for help. There is nothing I am dissatisfied with about the hotel. Thank you very much Riva Hotel, if I come to Izmir again, we will stay at your hotel again.

Malheureusement j’ai n’ai rien aimé

Les employés et les réceptionnistes font preuve d'une parade superficielle 😏 mais dès que vous leur parlez, vous découvrez qu'il vient de faire semblant ، Le petit déjeuner du matin a été désastreux, je n'étais jamais entré dans un hôtel auparavant et je n'ai pas trouvé de machine à café et ses accessoires tels que lait, cappuccino et autres, cet hôtel manque de ce service😡 et chaque matin il faut se courtiser et s'humilier pour prendre sa tasse de café😡, il y a aussi quelque chose de terrible the la chambre n'est jamais nettoyée qu'après commande urgente et insistance, nous avons senti que le prépaiement et nous l'avons demandé, mais en vain, nous avons terminé le séjour, nous sommes obligés 😤
