Great location in Khiva’s old town and the most stunning view from the rooftop. Wonderful breakfast served in the courtyard. Lovely staff and great value for money as rooms are very large and comfortable.

Unfortunately the rooftop was being painted but guests could still go up to enjoy the view.

Incredible location in the heart of the Old City of Bukhara. Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Jamshyd at the front desk.

We arrive very early by train, they did early checkin for us without charge extra fee!

The Hotel staff was flexible regarding check-in/check-out, which was very good for us as we came earlier, and left the room later in the afternoon. The hotel location is excellent, within the city walls. The room has a decent size. It was clean and tidy. The breakfast was good, but you should come earlier.

Noise coming from the corridor is something I didn't like, but it is more about the guests than about the hotel. However, it would be good to explore if it is possible to improve sound protection.

The staff speaks good English and was very accommodating and helpful. We arrived at 7 AM on the night train from Bukhara and by 9 AM we were able to check in to both of our rooms. The hotel is in an incredible location right in the heart of the Ichan Qala with a beautiful view from the terrace, especially at night! The rooms were comfortable and included some international TV channels and a mini bar with water, soda, and beer.

The man in the reception, Yusuf, was simply extraordinary and he did everything to make our stay really comfortable and helped us with everything. Thanks a lot Yusuf! We could not say goodbye to you as we left prior to your shift.

I left this hotel with a heavy heart. It almost felt like home to me even for the short time (3 nights) I was there. Its location is the best location one could ever ask for, right at the heart of the old town just walking distance to all of Khiva’s historical sites. The room was spacious, everything worked perfectly including the heater, wifi, everything. The staff here are some of the kindest I’ve met in Uzbekistan and probably in all my travels. Jalol and the rest of the staff were all warm, accommodating, and always smiling. The breakfast was filling and could fuel up for the rest of the day.

This hotel has an excellent location in the old town. They have well priced rooms with nice views out the windows. The sights you want to see are straight out the front door. The hotel reception are helpful in directing to the local supermarket, the best restaurants/bars and organizing long range taxis to Bukhara.

The shower head needed to be held in the hand. The breakfast didn't provide many options e.g. toast, milk, cereal and yogurt were not available.
