Property was very clean. Nice location. Just a couple little things, fans and beds very noisy. I wish they would upgrade building and condo to card swipe or code locks. Hard when hands are full to use keys.

The only problem is the one guest room did not have sufficient A/C. It was very hot in there especially right before the sun going down. The A/C was not fixed, but the problem was resolved.

The Hot Tub was spectacular. Very Hot and Relaxing. The pool was a nice size. Pool maintenance could have been better. The pool person left and there were still leaves and debris in the bottom. He took some of it but not all.

I am only giving 4 stars because of the A/C. It was a perfect location and a beautiful condo. Hopefully the owners will have it fixed.

However, the unit was not without major problems. The first day I walked around the condo without shoes, my feet were black as coal on the bottom. Thankfully, there were supplies for me to clean the floors, but I would have expected them to be clean before we got there. The master bathroom smelled like urine, and there was a spot of mold in the northeast corner of the master bedroom (with the ocean view). Finally—and perhaps worst of all—one of the shower doors fell onto my mother while she was showering on the first morning. Luckily, she wasn’t injured, and to their credit, the owners (or Sunhost?) ensured the door was repaired in short order. Nevertheless, I was disappointed in all of the issues we experienced during our stay.

For the price we paid these things should have been taken care of before we arrived.

It is all about location

The condo was very nice, however one of the beds should be replaced. The hot tub didn't work and that was disappointing. Otherwise the stay was wonderful and would definitely return

We loved the condo. It was clean, updated, great location and right on the beach. The check in process, however, was not good. We arrived about 6:30 PM and followed the instructions given to us in an email. The code we were given to the lockbox was incorrect. I then called the 1-800 number and was told that someone would get to me shortly. After an 11 hour drive, having to deal with a 60-90 minute delay to get into our condo was frustrating. Especially considering I had 4 teenage girls in tow, who's patience was pretty thin at this point. But other than that, it was a great place to stay for a week

We had a wonderful time despite Tropical Storms ETA. Quiet and comfortable unit. Only negative was I think tile floors need a good cleaning...our feet always looked dirty walking around in bare feet. Otherwise fantastic.

The condo was very nice, and clean. Barb from Sun Host was wonderful. The only issue we had was the key. Having a key with you at all times, to get in and out of the pool, and through the gate to the beach was not good.

Overall we enjoyed this condo, primarily because of the great location across from John’s Pass & the beautiful beach views. It did feel a bit sterile to us; an area rug in the living room would go far in helping the space feel cozier. We also have never stayed in a condo that did not have any coffee filters, a roll of paper towels or anything other than some salt. The cupboards were stripped bare! Our last day we spent some time in the hot tub, and I noticed later that most of my bathing suit skirt was completely bleached out. I had to throw it away. My husband’s arms have a strange rash on them that I believe is chlorine burn. The pool person needs to do a better job of adding the proper amount of chemicals as this was clearly too much. All in all we would return due to the great location, view & 2 king bedrooms.

This is our second time at this specific unit. As always the space is perfect for our family, we have all we need. Very clean and well stocked. The location is perfect. Can walk to all of Johns pass and all other restaurants are within a 10 minute drive. Perfect spot of beach, never too crowded. We will be back again.

We had an amazing holiday despite the Red Tide. Our condo was beautiful and we will definitely rent it again. However the fake plants in the bedroom and living room are major dust collectors and in need of a major cleaning. I do wish there was an opportunity to recycle at the Crimson but didn't see any spot to leave it. The only other thing we wish was there is a gas BBQ. Hoping to return next year!
