Loved our stay!!

Really enjoyed the property. The property manager is wonderful.

Grandview 106 was perfect for our stay. The condo is on the eastern end of Grace Bay. It is right on the beach. The condo is well equipped, spacious, clean and modern. We did use a rental car but would have loved to scooter or bike instead. Everything to do is nearby—no more than a 10 minute drive. The pool, hot tub and boardwalk to the beach are right outside the back glass door. The outdoor furniture is well maintained and the beach chairs, tables and umbrellas are set up for use every morning. The beach outside the condo is sugar sand and the water is crystal clear. The reef along Grace Bay beach is further west so no snorkeling at the condo—you may see some fish. There’s water sports available right next to the condo. I was a little nervous about checking in because I did not arrange for international service and could not connect to wifi at the airport. We trusted the airport parking lot attendant and drove “straight” towards the tallest building (the Ritz) then turned after a casino. And as if by magic Regina appeared to welcome us. It turned out we didn’t miss being connected, wifi at the condo was enough. Everything on vacation is pricey but be prepared, Turks and Caicos seems to be a little more. Provision at the grocery store for easy eating and drinking—it’s still more than you’re going to be used to but helps. The wine establishment is close by and remarkably reasonable with great recommendations and tastings. Lovely stay!

We had a wonderful stay at the Grandview. Communication with Regina and Charles was great. The condo was well stocked to meet all of our needs. It is located on a beautiful stretch of Grace Bay beach and within walking distance to restaurants. We are looking forward to returning to this beautiful property.

I cannot say enough good things about the Grandview. The location is perfect-close enough to restaurants and shopping, but an uncrowded part of Grace Bay. The condo comes with plenty of supplies (beach towels, laundry detergent, trash bags, toys, etc) which helps with what is needed for suitcases. There is a full size kitchen with plenty of dishes and utensils. Regina and Charles provided excellent communication before and during our stay. The murphy bed was very nice and allowed for everyone to be comfortable for the week. The fireworks over the condo was such a beautiful surprise! We will definitely stay in this condo the next time we return to this beautiful island!

6 adults stayed in this gorgeous condo for the week of June 3rd-10th. With a washer/drier in the condo, we were able to pack light. Full sized beach towels were provided, along with many other amenities. We don't usually prefer the floor units, but this couldn't have been more PERFECT! Literally walk right out to the pool (no noise from there, which we were leery of), or straight onto the short boardwalk to the beach. The chairs and umbrellas were set up every morning, we never struggled for a place to hang out. The shops are a short walk to get to, along with a pier, and lots of fantastic restaurants. We didn't rent a car, we just planned ahead for our transportation to and from the airport. The beach was STUNNING, the water insanely clear, and we would 100% rent from here again.

This condo is located in the heart of Grace Bay Beach. This is a first floor unit, just a few steps from the pool and beach. The condo is walking distance to several restaurants and a short drive to the grocery store. It is well maintained and has been renovated recently. Regina, the on-site contact person, is extremely warm, welcoming, and helpful. She will go out of her way to make sure you have a wonderful trip. The check in/out process was very easy. We are a family of four with two daughters, ages 15 and 11. We had plenty of space. I highly recommend this unit! My only suggestion is to provide additional water/ beach toys (e.g., beach paddle ball). Sand toys were provided.

What a wonderful place to stay! The pictures tell the entire story - extremely clean and very well taken care of. Charles made the booking process very easy and Regina met us for the check in and checked on us during our stay. I would not hesitate at all on recommending this beautiful condo!

We had a terrific time at the Grandview condo on Grace Bay! The Condo had everything we needed, it was perfectly stocked with all the essentials, it was clean and comfortable and on the most beautiful beach! We loved being in a smaller sized property where there was no need to get up early to save a chair and just steps from the beach.

The property was beautiful, location was great. Grace Bay beach was stunning. Great communication with property owner & manager. Glad we rented a car to make it easy to get to restaurants & grocery but a few good restaurants within walking distance. We did a 1/2 day snorkeling tour which was a lot of fun. Overall, fabulous experience

From start to finish this was a great rental situation. Charles was informative, communicated promptly, and made great recommendations. Regina, the concierge, is the real star of the show however. From the moment we arrived she was available and more helpful than you can imagine. Throughout our stay she checked in with us to be sure we were enjoying our stay and had everything we needed. I can't thank her enough. The condo is located just steps from the beach, has all the kitchen accessories you need, plenty of space, and our very favorite thing -- the wonderful screened in porch overlooking the pool and ocean. I can't recommend Charles's property enough. We can't wait to return.

One tip - when Regina tells you to store all your food in the refrigerator because of the ants, trust her and do as she says. We learned the hard way! You really need to put everything in the refrigerator.

Beachfront perfection. Bukit, you won't regret it.

We had a great week at this property. The unit looks and is equipped exactly as pictured and described. The bed set-up was perfect for my family. Excellent communication with the host and on-island hostess. Location was great on Grace Bay beach. It was helpful to have a car, however, not required.

We had a great vacation week at the Grandview. The amazing beachfront location right on beautiful Grace Bay beach was awesome. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub, which were never crowded and along with the beach easily accessible from the ground floor condo. The two bedroom condo had plenty of room for our family of 5 and was a great alternative to the resorts where space is much more limited. The kids enjoyed having their own beds and having a full kitchen with living+dining room was convenient for our weeklong stay. The location was very convenient, just a short walk or drive to nearby resorts, restaurants and other attractions and boat tours that picked you up right at the beach near the condo. Charles was a great host and Regina our rental coordinator was wonderful and made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back.

Everything in the condo was very nice, comfortable beds and and check in process was very easy. We enjoyed walking right next door to Grace Bay club and West Indies for dinner too. We would love to come back and stay in this awesome condo!

A perfectly located property in Grace Bay. Our host was super helpful before and during our stay and made our trip easy and stress free. Beautiful location with a lovely pool and direct access to the beach. Thoroughly recommend! There was some renovation work being done on a couple of the condos which was noisy but assume this is only temporary as out of season.

We loved the unit. Excellent location, plenty of space, and responsive host. And - right on the beach! Only negative was wifi kept going down every day but a quick reboot solved the issue. We highly recommend staying at this place.
