L'appartamento è molto spazioso, con tre camere da letto e un salone, questo lo rende molto abitabile anche in molte persone. Ho apprezzato particolarmente la discesa al mare, pochi passi e una spiaggetta quasi privata è a disposizione con tutta l'attrezzatura necessaria.

ci sono due bagni ma quello di servizio, della camera matrimoniale è troppo piccolo, in più manca l'aria condizionata.

The main thing I liked was the hosts. Fabian is a great host and was always helpful. The villa has an eclectic design which I liked very much and it's very close to the sea.

This is not negative feedback of the villa, but if you don't come by car it is quite far from the airport so my recommendation would be to rent a car. The public transport to and from the villa lacks air conditioning and is not synced with Google Maps.

Nothing was too much to ask. Went out of their way to make us feel at home. Always finding things out for us. Added bonus there was WIFI

The house met all our expectations. We were traveling with our dog and the garden was large and secure for her to roam. Location was right at the beach and the parking area was easily accessed when needed, Ilenia and Fabien were always available and helpful, There are plenty of great restaurants within walking distance.

Friendly hosts also taking extra care of the guests (e.g. welcoming wine and food for breakfast), spacious rooms. View to the sea.

Very kind hosts - Fabienne and Illenia were helpfull with many advices about trips and places to eat, helped us with getting tickets - briefly perfect. Villa is cosy with all facilities needed - we appreciated mainly the bedchairs for the beach. Perfect location out of the centre of Francavilla! The small beach is really few steps (it is a mix of sand and pebbles without service and cleaning but the great advantage is almost "private" character (not overcrowded even during weekends) - on the other hand some good restaurants are in walking distance.

The only discomfort - mosquitoes :-)).
