It was amazing. The owner was very nice and helpful. She helped us with many things and always asked if everything was good. We could go to their beach (it was approximately 15 minutes from the apartment). But sometimes we also went to the beach nearby- with our sun umbrellas. The apartment was super clean and the air conditioner was a must have in the weather. We really recommend it.

Quality Apartment Parisina it's a great place to visit and relax on vacation, near to sea with very cozy surroundings of city Pescara. The owner is a very helpful and obliging person. I highly recommend, it was worth it!

Good friendly and quiet place. Comfortable beds, nice kitchen and balcony. Really not so far to the beach. Sympatic and helpfull owners.

The breakfast was small but very tasty. We've got the water, juices, cakes, jams - delicious. Air conditioner in each bedroom.

Beds were a bit uncomfortable.

We've been there 3 results + 1 small baby. The host provided us with a crib, which was very nice. They contacted us in advanced to make sure that our stay will meet our expectations. Caterina did provided us with a wonderful restaraunt in Pescara + they have their private stabilamento nearby (~ 5km), where they provided us with sun bets and a sun umbrella. That was just excellent. I recommend it as a great place, if you want to go to a beach, explore Pescara or nearby places.

The apartment if clean, well-organized and comfortable. The hosts, Antonella and Bendetto are very kind and thoughtful. We were there during the 2019 Christmas holidays and Antonella decorated the table with a Christmas tablecloth to highlight the occasion :). In the children room, there are plenty of books and toy for our kids, and they are very grateful for them. I would highly recommend you choose the apartment when you come to Pescara.

At the first sight (when you check Google Maps), the house is a bit far away from the city center. And this may make you ponder a little while. However, this is not a disadvantage at all. If you go with car, you just need 10 minutes to reach the center from the house. If not, you can take the bus number 21 which stops at a station about 800m away. And I think it is good to do some walking while you are travelling, isn't it?
