Location is pretty good.

Hotel needs serious renovation and currently it is not up to Marriott's standards.

Gros Problème le jour du départ à 6 h du matin : Impossible de payer en CB car le terminal de paiement serait en Télétransmission . Seul 300 Euro en CB est accepté , le reste : Plus de 500 Euro doit être payé en espèce . Etonnement j apprends quelque jours plus tard que seuls environ 400 Euros en espèces ont été remis ds la caisse ... Bref ... une situation très particulière car je ne peux obtenir un justificatif exacte de mon paiement ... 150 Euro ont disparu!

- L'accueil, rien à dire. Possibilité de laisser nos sacs car nous sommes arrivés une heure avant l'heure prévue. - La propreté (seul les joints de la douche seraient à revoir) - Les thés de la marque Joyeux sont excellents - Vue sur le vélodrome même la fenêtre ouverte il y a peu de bruit en journée - Métro à 5 minutes à pieds

- Point négatif le plus gênant : aucune étagère pour poser ses vêtements (uniquement une penderie) - Joints de la douche qui auraient besoin d'être rénovés - La piscine parait assez grande sur les photos de l'hôtel, en réalité elle est très petite et les abords aussi

Staff not as attentive as I would have liked

Very nice stuff, for a concert at orange velodrome no better choice possible. Beds are extremely comfortable, even a short jump in the pool is possible. 20minutes walk to the see, for a weekend a perfect location. We ll definitely come back if there s a concert again. orange velodrome is just to recommend,so is the hotel. Thanks for that great stay!

My only complain was the noise from the lift bcoz it was next to my room.. but i know its only for these rooms but even though i could sleep very well in the confortable bed

Be very careful not book a room on the stadium side. During our stay there was a rugby game and it was super loud and we were not informed.

good location near congress center and stadium, 15 mins from city center. the staff is very pleasant. good breakfast. overall, good value for money. extra plus: I had a quiet room at the end of the hall and the floors are carpeted so you almost do not hear other guests at all.

the toilettes in the rooms have only a glass door which does not close totally, they are not see-through but also not enough privacy.

Reception people were super nice and helpful. We left the hotel before breakfast time, and they kindly prepared a bag with mini croissant and coffee for us. We were visiting Marseille for a conference and the location was perfect, 5 to 10 min walking distance from the conference center.

After check out I asked for a taxi, the one they called said it would take 15 min, so I explained that I need to take the train in half an hour, they said it would be enough, but the taxi arrived after 25 min and I lost my train. The hotel should re-evaluate which "professionals" they indicate. It has tainted an experience that had been great so far.

BREAKFAST: Nobody informed us that we could ask for scrambled eggs at the bar. I saw people doing it so I asked them. it was 9h15 (am) and the breakfast was till 10(am) so I asked the employee serving the table next to me if she could get me some. She said "we don't serve eggs anymore" (she shouted at me), professionalism zero. At the same breakfast an old man was struggling with the coffee machine and the same employee who was mean to me was shouting again at him. No one came and apologized to that man, no manager came to tell the employee it is not ok!! ROOM: too hot, impossible to get the thermostat right!!! TV: impossible to connect my phone for netflix etc Restaurant: "pavé de thon" made me sick!! I asked for well done and I was not, I sent back and even when I get it back it was not what I wanted. Vomited all night.
