First of all I need to stress that the landlord Marco was very helpful, attentive, gave us many tips, contact via whatsapp was easy. The apartment is located about 500m from the nearest Metro Station Gardenie. Many shops and restaurants near by. Flat is comfortable for 4-5 people. Kitchen equipped OK, nice towels + washing machine with necessary liquids, two balconies available.

Much better on the photos than in reality, especialy bathroom. The bathroom requires quite few improvements: leaking shower hose, toilet seat is half brownish - old and fatigued, sink gets blocked very fast, silicone with mould around the shower, mould on the wall above the shower, really tiny shower when bathroom is big - easy and cheap fixes that could improve general experience. Fridge opens itself and covers food with water. Very cheap and easy repairs required.

It’s so clean and fresh, it has everything that you need for stay. Metro station is nearby property.

The shower was really reaaaally very small. We couldn't fit in and every shower time was challenging.

Very comfortable beds, efficient and quiet air conditioning in each room and kitchen. When windows are closed you can hardly hear traffic from outside and in the summertime air- conditioning makes air cool inside the apartament

Spacious and has everything you need even for a longer stay. Clean.

It is a bit further from the center so keep that in mind. But there is a tram that stops right in front of the building. Also the singe beds are a bit small for one person.

Spacious for a family of five, nicely decorated bedrooms. Marcus was a very helpful host, great for giving information on Rome and friendly. We arrived early so Marco kept our luggage until check in time. Gardenie metro station under 15 minutes walk from the appartment. Free on street parking

Some street noise from scooters and cars but to be expected in town location. No seating on balcony area to have a coffee!! Even though its a very large spacious bathroom shower is very small.

Marco was a professional young man. He truly excelled in every way.

It was in an excellent location! The stay was excellent!
