Big property relatively speaking for Galapagos. Nice courtyard and decks. Top floor room for family of 4 with beach view was worth it!

it’s very clean, good ocean view. compared to similar hotels in Galapagos, it felt very modern , upgraded, great water pressure and it came with a room secret box. It is close to everything around town. Diana was great and helped us organize all of our day tours so we didn’t have to worry about it. It had great complimentary breakfast.

Best shower I had in the Galapagos. Breakfast was good. The staff was all really friendly and helpful, especially Diana who explained everything to me when I first arrived. They are on the road from the pier just as you reach the main part of town. I liked this location but others might prefer something right on the beach further into town. However it was very convenient for getting to and from the pier for tours, ferries, etc.

Nothing, I had a really lovely stay.

The room was very clean and had a beautiful design and a nice view from the balcony. The Hotel offered towels for the beach and free water to refill. The breakfast was delicious.

There was not always someone at the reception

Great location. Would definitely recommend walking up to Concha de Pearla to snorkel (no cost, turn up with your own snorkel), we visited three times and saw sharks, sting rays, manta rays, penguins, seals, iguanas, star fish, turtles and lots of fish! The daughter of the owner (sorry I can’t remember your name) was great and showed us to the nice restaurants. Hotel let us check out late so we could shower before our ferry which was lovely. Overall really lovely stay here.
