Great location. 2 very large rooms which had everything we needed. We didn't cook at all so cannot assess whether facilities were sufficient - just used fridge for breakfast and drinks. Supermarket about 5 min walk away. So good that we had a washing machine - love not having to find a laundromat! Owner arranged our transfer to airport with a driver who hardly spoke any English however was the most fun and friendly person - we had time so he took us to a look out over Rome. We had such a fun experience trying to communicate with him :)

Prime location if you want to see all that Rome offers. Everything is walkable if you book here. Beautiful rooftop terrace if you just want to hang out privately. Jacopo did an amazing job making sure we were taken care of and his colleague Gino was a massive help getting our stuff settled on check in and check out.

The size of the apparment, the location, the decoration, and most importantly, the amazing private terrace. The appartment really exceeded our expectations!

The apartment is in a perfect location in historic center of Rome. The check-in process was easy and smooth as both Gino and Jacopo greeted me at the apartment upon arrival. The apartment was generous in size and very clean. The roof terrace was cozy and with a beautiful view of Rome. Jacopo always responded to requests in a timely manner and Gino was extremely helpful around the building. I would definitely stay here next time in Rome. Highly recommend!

Loved the space and the penthouse apartment with the patio. The place was located close to a bus line. We used a 3 day bus pass. It was easy to walk to several runes. Their is a supermarket 4 minute walk away. If you can find it. I loved its location. Gino and his son are wonderful and very helpful people. The place was very large and decorated very nice.
I have neck issues, for me the bed was a little uncomfortable but manageable. And one day we had some ants show up but were gone the next day. Which was weird considering we were on the 5th floor. Our other two travelers in separate apartments did not have any ant problems

Gino, our host, was availalble at every opportunity. He reccommended a fabulous resataurant -- Il Corrollo -- where we enjoyed 3 fabulious meals

Facility was three stories up with a tiny elevator and dimly lit staircase.
It's an old historic building where they retrofit a small elevator and built in some holiday accommodations so some allowances have to be made.

The lovely hosts were at the apartment to let us in and show us all the facilities. The apartment was outstanding - firstly the location and then the sheer size of the apartment, the quality of the fittings and facilities

Location was amazing, convenient elevator for luggage (person cannot fit with the luggage) which was good, terrace was beautiful especially at night. We booked the loft which was comfortable with the necessities for a short stay.
Due to the high windows in the loft entry it let a lot of heat in curtains should be put there instead. Aircon could only do so much in 40 degree heat.

The hosts were extremely nice and helpful. The apartment was very clean and new. And the Location was perfect, everything was within walking distance. I would come here again.
The only thing that bothered me was the bathroom was a bit small.

Great position, lovely balcony and full roof top terrace for use and it had full kitchen facilities and a washing machine ! Staff were lovely and very helpful

the apartment is very big, looks just like in the photos.
the elevator is like straight out of a movie.
only thing was that when you stepped on the floor the whole building could hear :)) but that comes with old buildings so it’s just an info not a complaint

Exceptionally excellent! Great location, HUGE room, perfect location, rooftop to view city, so close to Pantheon, very safe, friendly and helpful staff, we LOVED our stay and will come back again! Value for money.

Really small shower that kept going hot and cold, not very powerful. Bed a little uncomfortable.
