Notre séjour à l'appartement 'Collioure' était super. Résidence très bien située, à proximité de TOUT. Concernant l'hôte, bien que ce soit à distance, Marie est très sympathique et arrangeante au niveau des horaires de check-in et check-out

Pour les qques axes d'amélioration , je dirais : - que l'appartement est parfait pour 2 à 4 personnes du fait des deux chambres doubles spacieuses et confortables. Mais pour une 5eme ou 6eme personnes, il faudrait peut-être envisager de remplacer le canapé type BZ qui est petit et bancal. - qu'il faudrait adapter le nombre de rouleaux de papier WC au nombre de personnes prévues dans l'appartement. En effet, nous avions deux rouleaux pour deux alors que nous sommes restés 4 jours sur place. Il en aurait fallut un troisième - qu'il manquait du gel douche. Il n'y avait que du shampooing

Manque lampe chevet coin enfant . Lit Bz dur. Couette recouverte de non tissé. Prévenir les vacanciers que appartement n’est pas accessible en voiture.

Hôte sympathique, arrageante pour les horaires, tout est parfait.

Appartement conforme à la description, propre et bien aménagé. Très bien situé et calme. Très bonne communication avec les hotes. Je recommande assurément 🙂

Le logement est très spacieux avec deux chambre, très propre et fonctionnel. Il est idéalement situé à quelques minutes de la gare. Les parties communes sont également pleines de charme.

Malgré le forfait linge de 90€ pour 5 beaucoup de manutention pour les locataires : lits à faire et à défaire plus linge à ranger dans des sacs individuels en fin de séjour plus ménage.

The location of the apartment os perfect. Nice 5min walking to the beach. Also an effective air conditioning. Check in is made really easy and simple, big plus. Good cooking possibilities.

Cleanliness of the apartment wasn’t on point. Cleaning is dependent on guests and there is no decent cleaning supplies, no dish soap or other detergents. We stayed at the apartment for four nights and only one of them we had hot water. For our disappointment when we told about this issue, the host seemed to be not interested at all.

It is very simple and well-appointed. It had everything I needed in the kitchen and bathroom. There were very clear instructions what to do on leaving. Although entry was up stairs they were wide with regular 'landings' which made it easier when carrying a case. The location couldn't have been better for seeing the lovely town, including to the railway station on foot.

I can't think of anything I disliked.

There was noise from the bakery next door . But they were quieter after being asked by property owner.

A good location, but this was unfortunately the only redeeming feature of the apartment (along with it being clean with functioning AC). There isn’t actually a bed - it is a pull out sofa and the apartment is very dark. We were asked to pay an extra 35€ through a dodgy looking online link via DM for sheets that we then had to put on the bed ourselves, and remove at the end of our stay. We were also aggressively instructed many times to clean the apartment after our stay and take the bins out but there is no building bin so we literally had to ask in a shop if they’d dispose of it for us. (No recycling either). Confusing to have paid a fair bit of money and then make the beds, strip the beds, clean and take the bins out — what are we paying for exactly!? There was also no corkscrew in the apartment so we politely messaged about getting one and were told to ask a neighbour. No service at all. Would not recommend

The apartment is located well. Collecting the keys was easy.

The room was not clean. Many many many hairs on the floor of the bathroom, living area and blanket. Was told it was the first time it happened and was moved to another room. The next room was also not clean to a standard but a lot more acceptable than the first. The bed is a sofa bed and uncomfortable. You get a sheet and a blanket, which is not comfortable or sufficient when cold. Did not sleep well. You have to throw your own trash away and remove sheets and towels - That’s fine but never experienced it before. Would like to review better but unfortunately cannot due to my experience.

Well located . Airco (very hot third floor under roof)

The host was really rude. I made a mistake with my reservation dates . Fully my mistake , but the property owner has been very aggressive and not helpful at all. It finally costs me 300 euros for 3 nights, we have never got towels (fortunately we had ours) and slept in preceding guests bed sheets.
