The accommodation is very close to the sea. The apartment is clean, comfortable and the garden is well kept. Our host was very nice, recommended restaurants, helped us with everything we asked for, communication was very good. We parked our car in another plot, this was not a problem for us. There are only a few restaurants nearby, definitely worth renting a car. I highly recommend it for families, very child friendly!

There were two cars parked under our window, sometimes it was noisy.

Access to the apartment from the main road is quite complicated. Be prepared for the streets that are very narrow.

The organisation of the host was chaotic and the communication (over whatsapp) a little too frequent. It felt unprofessional at times. The location of the apartment is also not for someone looking for bars and restaurants since it is located in a residential area quite far away from most touristy amenities.

The proximity from thw beach was great. Even though it is not the best beach in Sardinia it is nice for swimming and playing in sand with kids. The apartment was clean on arrival and we were welcome with a nice bottle of local wine which very lovely.

All facilities that you would expect are available and working well. Kitchen, bathroom and bed are OK. Our host helped finding the location and had good tips for eating out etc. Location is situated is a quiet urban area which you can overlook from a small balcony. Beach is very nearby (<100 meter) and was not crowded.

Airconditioning is located in livingroom, a bit to far to influence temperature substantially in the bedroom. Point of interest for future guests: roads/paths direct around location are rough and partially narrow. Not dangerous because of low speeds and flatness, but it asks extra attention, especially if you would have a bigger car.

Location is hard to find for first time. If you have car is great location for visitnig nearest beach around 50 km east and west. Near to capital city Cagliari. Outside table for breakfast in the morning sun and dinner in the evening, have barbecue. Free bikes for getting around or to the store 10 mim. Beach is 5 min walking distance, on property have free umbrela.
