we loved how the property was located right on the beach. It was within driving distance to St.Armand’s as well as Siesta, Bradenton etc.
The laundry room smelled rotten so we steered away from doing our laundry. Our condo was good for the price, however, way way smaller than anticipated. I had to squeeze by the bed to use the restroom. The couch felt like it should’ve belonged in a dorm room. It had a very plastic feel to it and sunk down as soon as you sat on it. The room was nice, but definitely needs some upgrades. The parking situation was not the best. Once you move your car, good luck finding another spot when you return.

Beautiful location, awesome sunset view right from the balcony. The decor in the room was rustic and I loved it. Staff was extremely helpful when needed and hardly noticeable when not needed.
Nothing close by to really do,except the beach or the pool. Had to drive a couple miles to shop, eat, or drink.

The location and the view were superb.
The parking situation. We were supposed to have parking sticker many didnt. Many times we had to park on the grass.
The broom was very dirty.

The condo was amazing. There was plenty of room for my husband and I while nicley decorated. The balcony was our favorite spot to watch the beautiful ocean and sunsets. Highly recommend this condo to anyone wanting a peaceful vacation!
Cleaning crew needs to sweep a little better. The pool didn't seem to be cleaned out daily. Neither would cause for us not to revisit or suggest this condo.

Loved location, location. Opening the curtain and seeing the beautiful view. The beach and the sunset.
It was a cozy apt. However I think the maintenance could be better.

Loved the location (easy access to Anna Maria Island, Sarasota, St. Armand's Circle) and booked the room specifically for the views which did not disappoint. The hosts always responded to any questions we had.
The room was dark and very tight so if you're looking to spread out or have more than 2 people, this particular room would not be your best option. The pictures shown are accurate representation (I think I was somehow hoping it would be brighter & roomier than pictured). Basic housekeeping included and always timely but not above and beyond.
