The reason I chose this property was because the description said it was located 1 mile from The Cloister. We attended a wedding there. This property was in a perfect location and close to grocery store and many restaurants. We did not need to contact our property managers. Information was sent in a timely manner and property was clean and well stocked.

Our family from three states met here for a late Christmas celebration. There were ten of us ages 9-77. Family area and dining areas were awesome. Bathrooms could have used more towels. We loved the location and the owners were very easy to reach and super helpful with lots of restaurant recommendations. Teenagers loved the basketball goal! We’d definitely return!

The house was very spacious and clean and Tom was super responsive as a host, which is rare. Would definitely stay here again if we are in the area!

Our group was 7 cousins and siblings all over 70. It was a perfect house and location for our stay. Living room with enough space and comfortable chairs to sit and talk. Plenty of comfortable beds. Sea Island, restaurants and beaches within easy reach. It couldn't have been better!

We enjoyed our stay so much, the accommodations was perfect. The house was clean & in a quiet area. Just minutes from Beach & restaurants, plus anything you need. Plenty of room for a large family. Only suggestion, maybe put a curtain or folding door up for more privacy between the master bedroom & little bedroom. We would love to stay here again one day. ❤️

We were first timers to the area, spending most of our time with family on Sea Island. This property is PERFECT for such an outing. Four bedrooms, bed space for 10 if needed. We had a one year old with us, and had expected a pack-n-play as advertised. When we could not find one, we contacted the owner who immediately responded that a prior renter had broken theirs. He immediately arranged for a replacement - I don't think it gets better than that. We plan to return to the area and would definitely stay here again.

We rented for family attending my sons wedding the house is just what we needed with large rooms and bathrooms to get ready for the events surrounding the event, Our parting words wish we could stay longer,

A nice quiet clean place for a 3 generation family of 5 adults to call home for a long weekend. Perfect setup with bedrooms and bathrooms. Convenient to Sea Island and shopping. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location was perfect for visiting downtown St. Simons, Jekyll Island and Cumberland Island. The house was adorable and meet all of our needs. It was nice to be in walking distance to shopping and restaurants. I would recommend Cafe Frederica for breakfast. The crab Benedict were very good. Thank you for sharing your home.

The house was very spacious for our 2 families that stayed together. Our boys enjoyed the basketball hoop, and it was nice to be close to sidewalks/trails for walking, running, and biking. The outside spaces needed some cleaning…there were a lot of cobwebs and the seating seemed as if it had not been maintained. The parking/driveway is very narrow/tight, particularly with the unit in the back being rented by another family. The kitchen was also lacking in basic utensils needed for cooking, such as a spatula. Also, the bedrooms and bathrooms are sufficient, but some of them are tiny. You could hardly walk around the bed in the one king room, and it does not have an actual door…it is a barn door and it’s right off of the dining room. The full “bedroom” is inside the other king suite, so it’s not an actual bedroom either. Our families were able to manage, but I just want to make others aware who are considering this property.

The property was well situated in a pleasant neighborhood. However, the unit was not as fresh as shown on the website. It is obvious that the owner does not live in the area as it needs some more attention than it is getting. Forget using the grill; it was nasty!

This house was beautiful! The common space was a great size for 7 adults to hang out, but the hallway that the bedrooms were off of was a little tight. The location could not have been better and Tom was very responsive and helpful. The kitchen had all of the basics, but it was missing a few key items for cooking large meals. Would definitely recommend and stay again!
