This apartment is located in one of the nicest streets in Modena, in that you can walk 2 minutes in any direction and find a great restaurant, coffee shop, bar or historical building! It is clean and comfortable and quiet considering it is on a Main Street with restaurants and bars. This apartment is suitable for 2 adults. Communication with management was excellent, with clear guidlines to our stay outlined, access to the apartment was very easy as well. The extra pillows and blankets in the cupboard were great to have access to as well. I would definitely recommend this nice quiet apartment to a couple looking to discover Modena.

The only thing that I would mention, is to make sure that you have a proper power adaptor for Italy as even our EU ones did not fit or work in the sockets in the apartment. However, that should not take away from the wonderful apartment.

The cleverly designed table and bench hid the washing machine and pots and pans, which could have been easily labeled. Not enough light in the bedroom. The table was not secure and the fold down mechanism didn’t work. Supplies for coffee etc were not enough for our 5 night stay. and lacked basics such as dish detergent, salt, spices, oil, etc.

Location was great and place was clean

Cold Showers and the temperature was 17ﾟ when the 1st arrive. It took a while to figure out that you have to use the air conditioning fans for heat but after that we were OK.

We had a great stay at this charming apartment situated right in the town center for 4 nights. The train station is 1.1km away and taxi ride cost about 8 euros if you have heavy luggage or arrives late at night. The host is very responsive to our messages before and during the stay. Highly recommended

The location is just great. Very close to all the attractions. Check-in with the code worked fine. Bathroom is very large. Kitchen is equipped very good. Possibility of earlier leaving the luggage at the first day was a big plus. Thanks!

I used to meet the owners of the apartments, at least once. This time we just got the codes to the door, and were asked to leave the money for city tax on the table at the time of leaving. But it is just a tiny disadvantage.

Location Cleaning Kindness of the stuff

A lovely apartment with keyless entry made simple in a central location with a lift just a three minute walk to the Duomo. A very comfortable bed and everything in the apartment looked fresh and new. Wonderful little kitchen area with brand new looking refrigerator and beautiful dishes - all very well appointed. Irene was very helpful and although we never met her in person she communicated with us through WhatsApp and gave us great recommendations on where to get gelato and restaurants. She was very kind and apologetic about the lack of close parking so we parked about a 10 minute walk away. Not the fault of the apartment obviously. The only issues we had were quite minor because we were only staying two days but just to note for the future: the shower leaked from the side seam close to where it was connected to the wall and the water also came out where the glass panel didn’t meet the other end of the wall. Not a big deal for us but for people who are staying there longer it could be frustrating to have everything get wet. The other very minor thing is that the pretty white soap dispenser did not dispense any liquid soap. We used the three tiny beautifully wrapped hand soaps instead but it would’ve been nice to have liquid soap from the dispenser.

We loved everything about our stay in Modena. The ease of communication with the host made the experience stress free, and we felt taken care of even before we arrived. The location was perfect: right in the center of Modena's old town. It is a short 15 minute walk from the central train station, and close to many cafes, bakeries, and restaurants. The apartment was very clean when we arrived. It is the perfect size for two people. It had everything we needed for our stay, and we were happy to return to it each evening. The host also helped set us up with a tour of an Acetaia and Parmesan factory - so awesome! We highly recommend staying at this location!

Problem with freezer meant water leaking on floor when we arrived, only one hanger in closet when we arrived and it took several requests to get more, water provided at first but not replenished regularly, cleaning was overzealous as some storage materials needed for departure were thrown in trash and had to be retrieved twice so had to hide them away before cleaning, had a safe but could not use, towel drying rack could not be heated up, needed heat a few days but not available. Coffee machine nice but if you do not drink coffee only tiny tea little available to heat water. On positive side apartment in great location but difficult to get to with car. Surrounded by wonderful restaurants, great food market, and wonderful clothing stores. Short walks to all major sites in Modena and easy walk to train station. Irene was very receptive and we were given discount on city tax. Bed very comfortable and Internet was secure and reliable. I would be happy to stay again in the future.

We stayed two nights at the hotel, no personal contact, everything operates on codes. Warm water was not available, we asked them to repair it, but the algorithm was not able to fix it, which was a pity, as I tend to be very smelly after a couple of hours, cheers, Hans
