The water supply in bath was ran out many times. Bed room was not clean as bed sheet changed once in 8days. We were sufferd from lacking of WiFI connection for 8 days. Television programme was poor and out of active many time. Our remain in the hotel was very frustrated and bored. The communication with staff was difficult as they are not trained to have some awareness of disablity

Breakfast was ok - like it is in Africa in common hotels, I should have booked the more expensive room (Doesn't cost really much more, but it's worth it)

The cheapest room I have booked for the visa is at the ground floor - it doesn't have too much light, I wanted to change to a better room but I forgot to do it in time - my mistake

I've stayed at Bays multiple times with my mum, when we travel from London, she's the one who originally found the place and we always have a great time. I'm in love with the decor and furnishings of the hotel. There's always something different or new, which really adds to the ambiance of the hotel. Our rooms are always clean and very spacious and the pool is kept neatly and cleaned regularly. The hotel is roughly 20 minutes away from the more litty/club areas so the journey is not bad at all. We always feel very safe and the security guards are friendly and professional. We loved Samuel, he was an absolute pleasure and a great asset to the staff team.

When we stayed, there were some issues with the wi-fi, but this was a temporary problem. The WiFi itself worked fine, we just had to keep logging in when we left the hotel.

Was at the ground floor so was always woken up early by the cleaning staff as my room was close to where their cleaning items were.

the location was nice and quiet and was also walking distance to the junction mall. that made it easy to get supplies and food from junction mall. the staff were okay. the one lady responsible for catering was very nice. the decor of the room was nice and modern. it is actually a nice, quaint hotel tucked away neatly in nungua. Privacy is definitely guaranteed. The price per room per night was okay. not cheap, not expensive. right in the middle.

the rooms were small. i wouldn't recommend it for a family with kids. better for just single adults traveling alone. didn't care for the fact that they didn't serve food considering where they are located. they are not smack dab in the middle of the city so having food readily available for guests is a must. The internet was an issue too. It says free internet only for you to get there and be told that it's limited to 3 hour/day. You have to keep connecting to the wifi and it's a cumbersome process which requires two usernames and 2 passwords. Not good if you are traveling for business and need to use your laptop for work. As for entertainment, if you are lucky to figure out how the tv works (my son figured out how to connect to netflix) then good for you. same cumbersome process since you need to connect to the wifi to do that. we used the pool only once because it was not clean on several occasions. Again, in all, this is not a hotel for a family with kids but as a single traveling adult you can get by on the basics that it provides.

There was no breakfast but I will not encourage and of my friends to stay at the lodge
