Firstly, I really want to acknowledge the dedication of the host who was very helpful and precise from the get go. We appreciated very much the good smell and cleanness of the apartment. Everything is simple but functional. The bed was comfy, on the contrary we had wished the sofas had been more. The heating worked really well and the water was always warm enough. Other than that, the location is perfect, plus we had free parking spot in front of the building. Nothing to complain about for that kind of money. Perfect for a weekend or even a week. Thank you!

very clean room. There are kitchenette, TV, Refrigerator. You can cook here. There are pots, pans, plates and bowls. Feeling like living at home. There is also washing machine. it is very good price for staying alone. It is sofa bed, which will be too small for two people but I book for 1 person maybe it is a room that suit for one traveller.

It is quite confusing how to get to the third floor, where the room is located. I asked them before arrival about early check in but didn’t get answer. So i had difficulty finding the room. They sent me an explaining video how to get into the room after i already had difficulty and figured out by myself how to get there.

It was clean and it has everything what we need as family. It has perfect location to center 👌🏻.

Rooms were clean and spacious, perfect for a family with young children. Appliances, especially the washing machine, were very useful during the stay. The tram station is next tot the building; access to city center is very easy. Sorounding area has shops and markets and there are also parks for the kids to play.

The place was very clean and was well equipped.

The outside of the building it was dirty giving the property a bad impression, we thought it was going to be a nightmare but once you enter the apartment it was a different story, clean and cousy.

The location was great - an easy flat 20 minutes cycle ride into Strasbourg centre petite France. The air conditioning was great in the 41 degrees heat that we had. It was clean and everything functional.

The smell of smoke in the whole block and our room. Either the previous guests had been chain smokers or it just always smells of smoke. It was a bit grim to be honest and hard to sleep because of the smell. There is no outside space and the apartment is very small for 4 people.

The building is renovated and met our expatiation. Bathroom, sink, WC, and shower were clean. Indoor laundry was one of the highlights. Apartment has good layout and functional.it is located in a good neighborhood.

Our mattress was with memory foam that caused some hardship to sleep well.

Everything was perfect in this apartment.The facilities make the stay really comfortable and pleasant and the location is truly convenient as it is 3min walk from the tram station.The centre of the city is 4or 5 stops away.Also very clear directions provided by the host.

We had a problem reaching the 3rd floor in the building.The instructions on the email concerning the use of the lift should be made more clear.

air conditioning only in living room, no AC in bedroom, the toilet is very small , specially with the wash machine, if you choose a room with window to backside you will feel little annoying from the tran crossing every 15 mins

1) the worst about the location is, it has a bad smell to it, like a building in which people were smoking for years 2) There was mold in the shower 3) it was very loud due to the tram passing by every 15 min We did not stay for the booked time

The apartment was generaly very clean and I highly appreciate that there was coffee which I quite enjoyed. I generally prefer hard mattress but I found sofa to be quite comfortable and overall convenient. Location was great as the tram was practically just behind the building. I also appreciate detailed instructions we got on how to enter our apartment.

I need to preface this by saying that I am picky ;) I did not particularly like the smell in the apartment and therefore prefered to have the window open at all times...which brings me to the curtains which I did not like as their colour left an impression that there were not clean. That being said...

Everything as described. Having a washing machine in the unit was great

At some point the hot water boiler wasn't working and had to shower ice cold

Good value for money. Washing machine, air conditioning, dishwasher all included. Excellent location, minutes from tram. Well appointed and comfortable.

A few things could improve the overall experience : Toilet paper holder. A night stand on other side of bed. Some hooks in bathroom.

Well equipped, with parking spot, close to public transport (tram) and close to the city center.

The bed was a sofa bed which I understand in terms of space during the day. However every time you moved the bed was very noisy. Also the toilet was in between the shower and washing machine and if you’re a bigger person you definitely wouldn’t be able to fit!

The apartament is a good size, with a good bathroom, allows to sleep up to 6 people. It is suitable for a longer stay, with a washing machine, dishwasher and cooking facilities.

The instructions regarding getting in are misleading or outdated. It was impossible to use the elevator, due to lack of a keypad to enter the code. Yet, the elevator wouldn’t go to the hotel floor without it he code being entered…
