Loved our stay. A few things that could be improved: provision of soap/body wash & shampoo in bathrooms (or advise guests to bring); the internet was down & after troubleshooting could not connect to stream things on tv; unscented dryer sheets should be used for linens; screens on sliding glass doors would allow for a breeze without insects intruding; more coffee needed as we ran out on last day. What we loved: indoor/outdoor areas attractively decorated; everything properly functioning; lovely patio w/string lights and fire pit adding to ambiance; nice furniture in living room; well stocked kitchen & spices for cooking; nice pool; nice to be able to park in garage; pretty views of mountains; close to Fred Wolff Nature Preserve/walking trail; spacious accommodations. Our party of four agreed if we return to Paribas tennis tournament next year or the one after we would gladly stay here again without looking elsewhere because we all enjoyed our stay here! :)

The house was very comfortable, and matched the description on the VRBO website. The owner was easy to communicate with. The only problem was using the TV. We knew that regular TV was not provided, but streaming was an option. We could not get the remote to work for us. I suggested to the owner that instructions for the remote would have been appreciated. We enjoyed our stay, and we recommend this property to others.

Absolutely perfect. Every thing one might need was available. The pool was thoroughly enjoyed. The comfort inside left no desire for going out. The neighborhood was so quiet. The view to the mountains was majestic. We hope to return soon. Thank you so much.

We absolutely loved everything about our stay here. The information provided by the host was perfect. We loved the front courtyard and pool were so relaxing. The back patio perfect for coffee in the morning. The town of La Quinta is awesome, everyone we met so friendly and recommended some places to visit and eat. Highly recommend and if ever back in the area would recommend again

We stayed at Mi Casa Su Casa for 4 nights. The home was very comfortable and looks just like the pictures on the listing. We really enjoyed the great room which was very spacious. We ate out 90% of the time but it appeared that the kitchen was well stocked if you wanted to cook meals. We did have to hose off all the outdoor furniture by the pool in order to use it. We did not use the back area at all. It was 104 degrees each day and we preferred to stay indoors. The home is not far from Old Town LaQuinta which has many restaurants. Enzo’s is fabulous and we enjoyed a nice dinner at Arnold Palmer’s Restaurant. Teryl responded by text to any questions we had in a timely manner.

I stayed here with my adult son to attend Power Trip 2023. The property exceeded our expectations. We had everything we needed and wanted. The house is spacious and cozy at the same time. We rented a car for day trips and to get to and from the festival. Great location and host. I’d love to visit again.

Ive stayed in quite a few rentals and this one takes the cake. Its absolutely stunning, looks just like the pictures! Fully stocked with anything and everything you need. You feel right at home and had the best sleep, the beds are so comfortable. The front yard view is amazingggg! The backyard is set up super cozy! The location is great for just relaxing or if youre wanting to sight see, so many fun things nearby!

Did a girls weekend here and enjoyed the pool area in the front and backyard area with patio furniture and lights. The house was clean and spacious. The kitchen had everything you needed. Property was close to restaurants, bars, and nightlife.

The home is as described with lots of room and very comfortable beds and in a quiet area. Check in and out was very easy and the kitchen is fantastic with lots of room and well stocked with everything you would need. The pool is small but was always cool and refreshing in mid August, with patio furniture for you to relax on. The location was perfect if you wanted to go for a walk to town or around the area as the scenery is amazing. Highly recommend for short or long term stays.

We celebrated our wedding anniversary with some friends. Their kitchen was wonderful-fully stocked. Their pool is the perfect size and we thoroughly enjoyed our weekend getaway. Plenty of room for us and having a private pool was amazing!

The house is located close to the mountains, there is a lovely view from the dining room. Hummingbirds love the array of colorful flowers in the morning. The kitchen has everything you need to cook at the house. Best we have found at any VRBO. The bed was comfortable, lots of closet space and a good sized master bath with a walk in shower. Good restaurants close by, if you want to go to the Grill on Main make a reservation! This was our first visit to the Palm Springs area and we truly enjoyed the location and offerings at this house.

Teryl's house was very comfortable and well equipped. Teryl made us feel very welcome, he was quick to respond to our questions and an overall great host. The location in the Cove is wonderful. Close to hiking trails, close to old town LaQuinta and great restaurants. We really enjoyed our month long stay.

We all loved this property so much! My kids and my husband loved heated pool. I loved very organized kitchen. They had everything we needed. We used too many towels for the pool and we helped them to do the laundries before we leave...hehe I thought it is a small house but it did not. We had plenty of spaces for 5 member offamily. This is the only house we are going to be back from now on. Thank you to the owner for flexibility for us.

We LOVED our stay in this beautiful home! It was the perfect place to hang out for a special family Christmas in the desert. The house is super spacious and yet cozy. We loved using the heated pool, fireplace, and outdoor fire pit. The host is lovely and very quick to respond to communications. I honestly can't recommend this rental enough! It's definitely my favorite VRBO thus far. :)

Walk to Old Town. Everything was great.

It was really nice to find a property that had a pool, even it is a small one where we were able to have lots of fun. We enjoyed the house as it has pretty much everything a traveller would need, including a playpen, a play yard, a high chair and some toys! Unfortunately, the day we arrived, there was a pretty big wind storm that carried leaves and dust and threw some cushions from the chairs into the pool so we had a bit of clean up to do. We concentrated our effort to the front yard. We were told the pool people would be coming but they never did. The yard people were following their regular schedule we were told, so we never saw them either. We ended up not using the backyard as it was a mess. We understand these situations can happen so it was what it was. We would definitely, without hesitation rent this house again.

Great house in a great location. Close to restaurants and so much more. Quiet and relaxing with a killer view of the cove mountains.

We all had such an amazing time here. It wasn’t too far away from anything and it was the perfect size for us. Very clean home and quiet neighborhood. Definitely going to be staying here again in the future!

The house is pretty nice, well stocked. Comfy beds. 2 critiques- There are stains on the bedding, pretty gross, and the pool turned my hair emerald green.

I took a trip alone to Palm Springs and came across this house. It was very nice and quite Roomie. Definitely big enough for more people. But it was also perfect for one!

This house was perfect. It had everything I could have asked for and more! The house is located in a small, quiet neighborhood. It is very private, but close enough to Old Town so you can walk if you are looking for something to do! There are a few hiking trails close by. The house has a large living room and kitchen area that is very open so you’re not cramped together. The bedrooms are tucked away, so you are not disturbed if people are still in the communal areas. The house was stocked with anything you might need including kitchenware, dishes, towels, blankets, etc. The backyard was extremely private and beautiful. The gardening/landscaping done in the backyard is very picturesque. We were able to grill for dinner and ate breakfast out at the table each morning. The pool area is also very nice and the heated pool was appreciated! Teryl was a great host. She was communicative and understanding throughout the process. We will definitely be back!

House was great close to downtown. Pool was fantastic. Only negative was the switch when we booked from cable TV to streaming only. However Terry communicated to us that only streaming was available. Therefore we did get our login and passwords in working order to use our Direct TV account. We were bounced in and out when using the cable account. But was able to watch the LPGA Chevron tournament and also the Masters.

My four adult kids, my 2 year old grandchild and I enjoyed our week here. The location is great. We like to walk and enjoyed walking into Old La Quinta and on the trail next to the mountains in the morning. The house has a lovely patio in the back and a small pool in front. The kitchen is equiped well and the house is spacious and very comfortable. There is a pack and play crib, a few toys for small kids and some inflatables for the pool. The owner was quick to respond to my questions.

Nice place to stay while at the Palm Springs dog show, so convenient

I traveled with family and we wanted a nice house with a pool to relax in the evenings. This was perfect for us. The beds were very comfy and there were plenty of options for seating whether inside or out. My favorite part of the house was the spa/pool. Would definitely stay here again!
