The apartment was well located and very clean. View from the balcony was great,especially near sunset. The property manager was very helpful. Great pool.

My stay was excellent. The property was clean, the toys for the kids was a nice touch. There was even some food in the fridge so we didn’t have to rush to the store.

Love the beach!!! All the amenities are a plus... like the beach chairs, toys for kids and the things in the refrigerator! Could use some updating but my family and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!

We enjoyed our stay here so much! I cannot wait to come back. The property was very clean and I really appreciated that the owners left some beach chairs, cooler, and toys for my kids to use at the beach. They also left us with a few items so we didn’t have to rush to the store. I couldn’t recommend this property more! We enjoyed being able to walk to various places and there is a binder with very helpful information and fun places to see in the area.

This property was great. We had small hiccups with the air conditioner but the owners were responsive and helpful. The location is perfect and the view is even better. I highly recommend.

Corroded plugs, dirty furniture, road noise that prevents sleeping. This place has it all. Left after the first night of a 4 night rental and went to local hotel.

Our family had a wonderful time in Isla Verde staying at this apartment. Our flight had us arriving at around 2am and it was very easy to get into the apartment (we communicated ahead) at that time. We were relieved that the air conditioning kicked on quickly and we slept comfortably. It was so thoughtful to have eggs, milk and bread in the refrigerator and coffee (!!!) on the counter so that we could relax in the morning and enjoy some breakfast before getting out and about. A bonus was the small bottle of Don Q! The view from the balcony is gorgeous and we enjoyed listening to the waves and reading out there. The beach was amazing and it was awesome to have a cooler and chairs to enjoy. The location was great. We walked down to eat at various restaurants and to grab groceries. Walking distance to Panaderia España, too, where we gorged on mallorcas, quesitos, and more. We ubered into Old San Juan a couple of days and that was fast and easy. The only negative I would say is that it can be quite loud from the hustle and bustle of the street (cars revving and loud music), but we got used to it and slept fine. I'm not sure if I had small kids if they would have made it with the noise, though. We did have a rotating fan in two of the 3 bedrooms and that white noise was helpful. Overall, FABULOUS. We want to go back tomorrow!

Beautiful, secure property. Great pool, easy access to beach, grocery, restaurants, Old San Juan. Tania at guest services, was prompt to assist us with several concerns. Including the checking in process. Condo was exceptionally clean-with plenty of towels, toys, beach chairs and umbrella! Great for families. We had six adults and two children & were very comfortable there. This condo is not fancy – but that’s what we liked about it, as we are low-key low maintenance family! It was also well stocked with paper towels, trashbags, and toilet paper. Even, food , beer & ice was in the refrigerator-freezer for our late arrival at 12 midnight! Very thoughtful.

We had a great time here. Our original room had an issue so we were put in a different condo, it was nice. We didn’t know that we would be moving to our original room and had to deal with that mid week. That room was nice as well. The people at the property were great when we needed something they always tried to help us out. Even when we were leaving we had two options one better than the other. After talking with the girls there they helped us and made a huge difference for the better by helping us. We will totally go back again.

We loved it!!! The Sunset view was incredible and the location was perfect!! Some features of the apartment are old a need some renovation but the overall experience was fantastic it felt like having a home away from home.

We enjoyed our stay at the SunSet View property. The condo was clean and well equipped. We had everything we needed for the beach as well. The manager was nice enough to leave us a few eating and drinking supplies. The down side was that the toilet in the master bedroom was not functional so our family of five had to share the one in the hallway.. Both bath tubs need serious refinishing. There was no key to the gate leading to the apartment so we question security. We did let the manager know all our concerns.

The property is a gated with 24 hour security. The unit is clean and near everything you would need.

The view was epic the beach is the best and the pool was perfect my family and I didnt want to leave it was so nice. My family that lives here was able to enjoy the beach with us as well they are gonna book soon I referred them.

Everything for this rental went smoothly! Had one small hiccup in the checkin process, where the listing did not mention the West building, so we first check into the East location, but the security guard helped us quickly sort that out. The security and upkeep of public areas is wonderful, and I love the key system for public areas and entrances. The rooms are wonderful, but the bathrooms were not our favorite. Although the water is hot, there is not wonderful water pressure, and the water isn’t the cleanest (not the property owners fault!). Overall we loved the location of our building, and would most defintently rent again.

EXCELLENT location!!!! So close to many local attractions and the view from the balcony is breathtaking. A lot of simple amenities too! Not super fancy but more like a home away from home which was perfect for my family. We travelled with our boys aged 14,12,10 and grandparents in their 70s and everyone had a great time!

Not having a wheelchair access/ramp on the front part of the building had to carry my son down the stairs, also struggle to get him pass the turning gates to get to the beach, on our last day we found out about the big gate after a couple of women told us about it, a sign would be nice to post on the big gate for wheelchair access

After staying in another section of the island this place was very much like the big city life with everything at your finger tips. Condos was as described. Appreciated the extra touches of stuff like having local items for us like coffee, small rum (Don Q) and fruit. Thank you for a nice time in your condo.

i traveled with 7 adults and 2 children, the apartment had more then enough space for all of us to fit comfortably. that view from the balcony seemed so unrealistic, it was beautiful waking up to it for a whole week. the owners were awesome enough to leave us some food, not much but enough to get us through the first morning until we went to the market, pizza city was right across the street which is open 24/7. they provided towels for use inside the home as well as beach towels and beach gear (chairs umbrella pool toys). needless to say, we will be returning to PR and will def be looking into staying here again.

The apartment door is always open downstairs. The condition of the place is horrible. Sliding door doesn’t shut fully. Windows don’t open, ant traps everywhere, rusted kitchen dish rack...I didn’t feel the pictures represent the apartment so I left immediately and went to some other place. Bottom line also, I didn’t feel safe

Beautiful location and view, within steps of the beach. Reservation and check in was seamless. Friendly assistance was provided with questions on transportation from airport and car rentals. The bathroom could use some updating, but overall we had a wonderful 5 star stay.

Our overall impression was very favorable, especially considering what this island has been through! I gave the rating 5 stars because we were totally satisfied. The rental people were very accommodating and adjusted to our early arrival. The condo was obviously not new but clean and all the staples were provided ; some being salt, pepper, some spices, cooking spray, and dish soap. Also we valued all the outdoor amenities and having outdoor equipment and towels and chairs. Also there was a welcome gift of perishable food (some of which were coffee, eggs milk , meat and cheese) That was a very nice touch. We loved Puerto Rico and this condo just added to that!

Our family loved our week long stay in this condo. It's located on a higher floor in the west tower of Marbella del Caribe, which is easily one of the best condominium buildings in the Isla Verde area. The building has its own swimming pool, sports court and private access to the beach. It's right next to a 24 hours Walgreens and a number of top rated restaurants and cafes, so you don't really need a car for hanging out in the area. In all fairness, we found the unit a little outdated compared to other similar properties we've stayed at. However, the views from this unit are amazing and make up for it - you get 180 degrees unobstructed view of the water from the balcony. The beach is great for swimming and there are a number of water activities close by like jet skiing, banana boats and parasailing. We really appreciated the hospitality from Annette and her team at Marco Polo Collections. The check-in and check-out instructions were easy to follow. Our booking came with free underground parking which was convenient. The apartment was extremely well stocked and provided everything we needed. We (and especially our four year old son) loved all the beach gear that came with it. We'd definitely book from Annette and her team on our next vacation to Puerto Rico.

I want to start off by saying how happy I was that the owner honored our reservations that we had to cancel in 2016 due to my pregnancy. We finally made it this year and enjoyed every second of it. The views from the balcony are incredible and the beach was more beautiful than I remembered from years ago, so very clean and well maintained. The rental property was very spacious for my family of 7 and had all the amenities needed such as linens, bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, toys, umbrellas, and cooler. The location provide for local restaurants, stores, and ice cream shops. The pictures of the gated pool did not do it justice as it was much nicer in person and a good place to go to if you want to take a break from the beach. I was very happy to have lunch meat, cheese, and milk in the refrigerator when we arrived. Annette was very helpful and very prompt in responding to my questions/needs. Overall, this was a great experience and rental with amazing ocean views! Thanks Annette :-)

Isla Verde area is great. Beach was beautiful. Chidos and Pizza city were directly across the street as was Walgreens and fast food options. The view from the condo was fantastic. The condo itself could use some minor updates. The staff from Marco Polo was very attentive and made our stay outstanding. I will definitely go back!!

From the time of the reservation, John and his team were very responsive with any of my questions and requests. They were quick to respond. The location was great, right in front of the great beach. The view from the balcony was amazing as it looked over the ocean. It was about 20 minutes from San Juan area by a car. There were several restaurants and supermarket that could be a walking distance (about 15-20 minutes). Walgreen is right in front of the place though where you can buy most of staff. We stayed for 5 nights and rented a car for a few days and visited a light house in the coast and La Marquesa Original Canopy Tour which I highly recommend. We had 6 adults and 2 kids (5 year old and 8 month old) and it had enough space and comfortable. They provided a crib and high chair for my baby which were very helpful. I would definitely recommend the Marco Pollo Collection!

1. Location is great. At time have to deal with late night early morning noise from Pizza City just across bedroom windows, but it is all OK because we are on vacation. 2. The apartment AC works very good, that is a Plus. 3. Some maintenance required such as cleaning the AC filter, one bathroom shower leaks, and a much needed replacement of the living room furniture in bad shape and dirty. 4. Will definitively recommend to anyone to rent this unit, a no brainer!

This property is amazing. From the time we arrived until the time we left, everyone was so accommodating. The only reason i didnt give a 5☆ rating is because the water got cool a little too quick but being in the heat all day, that cool water was needed and it felt great. Also, the tvs were going out, but even then, someone came up and fixed them. We needed to stay an extra day and they were just so nice and let us stay without any hassel. The location was just perfect. The pictures give it no justice. Its right on the beach, food and stores all around, 7 minutes to the airport and 10 minutes from one of the strips i like to get food from. The house was clean, well decorated, spacious, and had everything we needed. They have everything you need for a relaxing time at the pool. My 3 year old niece looooved the sand toys that were provided, my parents loved the beach chairs and we all enjoyed the huge umbrella and towels for the beach. I would definitely definitely definitely recommend this to anyone staying in Puerto Rico and when i go back, i know exactly where I'll be staying.
