Room were clean, but no carboard to hang clothes as I expected.

Beautiful decorated place. Very clean and neat. Near most attractions. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Standard breakfast

The freezer was packed up with ice. The TV keep on getting dim and brightens when volume button pressed. Curtain and towel rail in the bathroom is broken needs to be fixed. On booking out the card machine had no paper roll and had to go to the ATM.

I like the parking area is safe. The restaurant is available and drinks. Presence of an aircon in the room.

The bed is a bit old. River food should be available there. Staff to clean the rooms on a daily basis and replace bedding sheets.

It was comfortable to stay in the room as the bed sheet were clean, warm and comfortable.

The room did not appear to have been cleaned as there were a lot of dirt on the floor including hairs. I felt the breakfast corner is congested as it was difficult to all fit in one corner making breakfast for our selves. Through booking online, I was made to understand they will provide me with transportation to the airport but I was surprised that the car is broken. I would have really struggled to get to the airport had I not known someone to assist me with that.
