Clean, spacious and comfortable rooms. Excellent food and service. The service given by Katlego Thobogang was exceptional.

The staff were friendly and most helpful. There were many breakfast and dinner choices and staff were very attentive.
We were very happy with everything.

We only stayed at this hotel for one night but found it a good reasonably priced place. Our room and bed were fine as were the meals we had there. The staff all seemed very pleasant. It had a small bar area and a good pool.
They did free pick up and drop off for the local airport.
All in all, very acceptable place
What didn't we like? The hotel was very good for our requirements. I couldn't add any negative comments

The noise of the air condition system of the kitchen is extremely (24 hours !!!) loud and unbearable especially during the night

Breakfast was excellent. A busy hotel with a conference in progress. Not a huge number of eateries in Kasane and you have to watch out for elephants on road when driving at night.
A great place to book onto a boat trip on the Chobe for elephant, buffalo, crocs, nyala etc..

After 3 weeks in a roof top tent we just needed a true bed.
The price! Only one towel for 4 people! So many things missing from the menu. Very noisy room because of the electrical board buzzing all night.

The observation tower overlooking the river valley. The excellent housekeeping and super efficient same day laundry service. The availability of tours from the hotel. the breakfast and dinner service, especially the braai on Friday night. The lively atmosphere.

Very good location. Excellent and friendly staff service. Game drive and boat cruise was handled wonderfully. Breakfast buffet was good, with a daily variation. Dinner was excellent.

Nice peaceful moderd place with a great manager! Staff is very nice and friedly, but yes, they have been closed 2 years and all are a little bit looking for the track back to normal! But with a positive attitude! :) View platform! Spotless clean rooms!
Bathrooms are quite 70's :) ... loooong waiting times from the moment you place the order to the moment food is in front of you!
