We absolutely loved our condo in Miramar Beach as we have stayed in this condo before. It is so comfortable and has all the comforts of home. This condo is decorated is warm brown tones which is soothing after coming inside after an afternoon in the bright sunshine. Comments are for the home owners as renters see any improvements - not criticism. Only minor things - blinds need replaced - some broken - not working, TV's were not working when we got there - we had to be on the phone almost an hour with the provider to reset them. One remote had corroded batteries - one dresser really needs repaired and could use a large flat skillet for pancakes. Other than those minor things, we loved it. Owners were great to talk to, close to the swimming pool and beach. Loved being in a quiet area and so close to Baytown. Would we stay there again - most definitely!!! Very cozy house with open kitchen, dining and family room. Thanks for a great vacation!!!

Everything about this place and the owners to the resort itself is perfect. The beach is beautiful and we never had an issue getting a spot. Our group golfed on The Baytowne and The Links and they loved both. Don't underestimate the value of the included 2 golf carts. We only left the resort once, everythig else was drivable by the golf cart .....especially the grocery store which we went to quite a few times. We did get Parlor Doughnuts one morning and they were the best we ever had! This was one of our favorite vacations and we would definitely stay here again.

My parents took the family to Destin for a Christmas vacation and we had a wonderful trip. The property was super clean and beautifully decorated. Perfect rental for our family of 10! Super close to the beach and enjoyed Sandestin. I contacted the owner about an outside light needing changed and she was able to get the issue resolved asap. Very friendly and attentive! We will definitely rent this again in the future if the opportunity arises! Thanks so much!!!

We had a family vacation over Thanksgiving break and this condo was a wonderful place for our adult family. The unit was as nice as the photos. We have stayed at a lot of different locations at SanDestin, and this was one of our favorites for a large group of people. Highly recommend this unit.

Property was very nice, clean and roomy. We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. The golf carts were wonderful to zip around from one place to the next. You honestly do not even need to leave the resort. I am a bit of clean freak, so to me the house being so clean was wonderful. The house is very open and it truly has everything you need. It honestly didn't feel like a rental, it felt more like you were staying at a friend or family place. Very nice. Thank you so much.

Went for a family vacation with our adult children. The condo was very homey. Plenty of room for 9 people and 1 toddler. We never felt on top of each other. Kitchen is super stocked with cooking tools and spices. Plenty of nice thick beach towels and beach supplies. AC works great. No issues with hearing neighbor noises. The pool is less than 100 yards from the unit. Both golf carts were available and fun to ride. Plenty of restaurants and touristy activities near by. Publix is a golf cart ride away and Walmart is less than a 10 minute drive away. Access to the beach for this resort complex is best reached by golf carts. It's a bit of a hike to walk to it. The downside is if you go during high season, be warned about the beach. Another reviewer commented on this as well. We stayed mid July and the crowds at the beach for this resort access point were terrible. Terrible. The beach club and Hilton take away a huge chunk of the beach with their sectioned off beach chair and umbrellas ($55 to rent for the day). This makes the available beach front area limited and with the amount of people utilizing this beach access point, it becomes wall to wall people. Because we had a toddler who naps, we weren't staying at the beach all day, so driving to a different beach access point where crowds might have been smaller, wasn't a real option for us.

We are a family of 6 and had plenty of room. Couches and beds were comfy! Plenty of room for us all to hang as a family. The house was in a great location with a short golf cart ride to the beach. The beach and the water are beautiful. The only down side was the majority of the beach was taken up by the resorts chairs, many of which people did not use. Forced others to be crammed in the front or behind. Communication with the owner was excellent! We really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely come back

We had a wonderful week! The home was amazing and the perfect layout. The SanDestin community was great and a perfect setup for a wide range of ages. Would definitely recommend this home! The owners were so sweet and kind and helped us very quickly with every question we had.

This condo was spacious & the perfect size for our family of 10. It was secure for our 3 grandkids 4, 2 & 7 mos. with the screened in porch, guard rails for stairs, high chair and pack n play with mattress to sleep. The golf carts were clean & fun to ride.. We drove the golf carts to the pool on the bay side (under tunnel) and it was perfect for all ages…esp. the little ones and not crowded. Baytown was fun also. The beach was great and the water was absolutely beautiful and calm! My son and son n law enjoyed playing a round of golf here. Resort is beautifully well kept & secure. Deborah was attentive and great with communicating with me. Thanks Deborah for all you did! Looking forward to staying here again!

I recommend checking out the wharf for dinner and shopping in the evening. Bring your fishing gear if you want to fish at the resort. We had a wonderful experience!

This is an outstanding place to stay. If you have never been to Sandestin or if you have the 2 golf carts are a big plus. Would recommend to anyone. We will be back.

This property is absolutely amazing and the owners are great to work with. The home is beautiful and very clean. We loved the 3 king-size bedrooms with each having their own bathroom. The ability to use the two golf carts was awesome to go back and forth to the beach. We loved our week and hope to be back soon!
