I need to call and wait for the owner for one hour. Too expensive.

The young women that is there all the time can't speak English and there was confusion when we first got there, but she did call someone that spoke English that came over and sorted things out and the head manager also showed to make sure everything were good and to setup the wifi. The room was large and it was clean and there was lots penalty of hot water, the Wifi worked well, and the breakfast was good and there was plenty to eat. Once we got settled in and got things figured out, it was not a bad place to stay as there are limited options in Bokonbayevo.

The location is not in downtown Bokonbayevo as it's a 20 to 30 minute walk or so depending on your walking speed and there are not stores or restaurants till you get downtown and you will have to carry your water back with you. The sheets are not fitted to the bed, which seems to be common in a lot of Central Asia, so if you roll round much at night, they are going to be twisted up by morning.

I liked nothing, as the hotel did not exist anymore.

The room was clean and comfortable

No hot water. Nothing done on pointing out no hot water and cold water pressure poor despite room sporting a state of the art shower unit. On complaining and insisting on hot water offered a shower in another room but this was never voluntarily offered again.
