Very beautiful apartment. Location, cleanliness, completeness of amenities. Next to grocery and train station. The owner Predgras is amazing

Nothing but in our way back from Slovenia to Zagreb to Split. We were threatened and extorted by a taxi driver the fare is supposed to be 5euro and he asked 70 threatening us not to give our bags. No choice with 3 seniors with me we and catching a bus to split we gave 70euros. We asked for help but no police, another taxi driver said call police and 2 guys eating said no police. I know everywhere has bad guys because so far everyone in Croatia is amazing. I just took a picture of his plate number and emailed the police. Hope police will take action to protect tourist and good Croatian people also.

L'appartement a répondu totalement à nos attentes. Les chambres sont spacieuses et la literie confortable. Le fait d'avoir 2 toilettes est un avantage. Le contact avec le propriétaire a été très facile et il fut de très bon conseils. Les petites attentions avec quelques boissons dans le frigo à l'arrivée sont plus qu'appréciables. Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir. Il a été également très arrangeant sur l'heure du check-out.

- Super friendly and helpful host, fluent English speaker. - Perfect location a few minutes walking from the train station. - A few minute walking from the center of old town. - Safe location. - The apartment has really everything you need, really, it had even more than I have in my own apartment. - Lots of space. - Modern interior. - Super clean. - It's brand new (July 2023). - New AC, 3 independent AC units, one for each room, important for us, my son is allergic. - 3 new TVs. - Kitchen has everything you need. - Coffee machine. - Washing machine. - We didn't use a car, but there were parking places available on the street next to the apartment. There are also bigger parking garages close to the apartment.

- Not great Wi-Fi. - 1st floor, no elevator (it's an old building). It's not that I didn't like it, but rather just some information for other people.

The host is waiting for us in the apartment. Smooth pickup through texting. The apartment is spacious with lots of informative quotes! The atmosphere in the room is really relaxing and we had nice nights of sleep there. Big thanks to the host for welcoming us with lots of complimentary drinks :)

Some steps before entering the house, which make us inconvenient with heavy luggage. but it is the building's own problem, we understand.

Beautiful, well appointed apartment with a washing machine and a rack dryer. The host was most helpful. The bed linens were so comfortable that we slept extremely well.

The host very kindly met us at the train station (very close to the apartment) even though our train was running late. The apartment has two rooms, both quite spacious, and the kitchen has everything we need to cook a comfortable meal. The beds are very comfy; the rooms have large windows but once the windows are closed, it's very quiet inside. Really nice location, convenient for transportation as well as exploring the city. Would recommend!

The host is nice and friendly. The room is totally clean with really cozy beds. It contains all the things we need and located in the central place. Recommend to stay here when visit Zagreb.
