The quiteness of the neighbourhood. Also the appartment was great and the welcome present in the fridge by our host was well appreciated.

it was perfect for us - the location was excellent, lovely and quiet yet only 5 minutes from Porta Genova station and the canals. well equipped, clean, good shower. Giampiero’s communication was exceptional, and the treats in the fridge were such a lovely bonus. We would stay again tomorrow and would definitely recommend.

First of All, the communication and informations from the owner are excellent so that You have an easy check-in and good recommendations for restaurant and breakfast locations. For our needs, we did appreciate the calm during the night and that is not easy to find in Milano. The room is modern, well furnished, clean and functionnal. Located near Navigli and Mudec (both are for us favourite quarters with good restaurants, culture and cafes) it us for us an ideal starting place for a good stay in Milano.
The public transport is also near so that You can reach town center (dome) without problems.
The possibility to reserve a payable parking place (if available) in a secure area was also a big plus during our stay. So we can highly recommend this location and are looking forward to come back.

Very clean and more spacious than appears in the photos (there were four in our group and it was comfortable). Five minute walk to the metro and to navigli canals with lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Beds really comfortable (even the sofa beds) and lovely bathroom facilities. Giampiero was an excellent host and gave us great restaurant recommendations and provided some welcome drinks for us. We would 100% stay again!

The aparment was super clean and had good ameneties. Location in great, close to metro and all the restaurants and bars in Navigli canals. The host was extremely welcoming and everything went smoothly. Can highly recommend for a stay in Milan!

Easy booking process, excellent communication with owner via WhatsApp, parking spot available at the appartment, excellent location: 10min walk from Navigli (bars & restaurants) but calm neighbourhood for good night sleep, modern, clean (sheets, towels, appartment), good airconditioning, automatic blinds, filled fridge as welcome gift (bottle of rose, fanta, coke, beer, juice, water), coffee machine (incl coffee & tea), free shower gel & shampoo, slippers

Easy to get to, park and get inside. Very cool apartment building and apartment. Close to shopping, eating and sight seeing. We felt like we were part of the neat neighborhood. Very nice owner who was very helpful and accommodating thinking of every small thing. Even cake and wine! There are many places to stay in Milan but this one is perfect!
