Spacious property in a great location. Extended family with 6 adults and 2 teenagers enjoyed our time at the beach. We were able to bbq and cook and enjoyed our short time at this house.

Property was beautiful and large enough for everyone to have own space, 2 couples and elderly father. Short walk to beach and Discovery bike trail. Brought our bike and went for wonderful ride, sooo much fun, was like a paved slalom coarse over dunes. Loved being able to store bikes in garage. Will book again.

We had a great time! Lots of room for our large family. We would book again. But, fyi... Banister above stairs is really loose, as well as the back slider door handle is too. And cable isnt hooked up on main tvs just the master bedroom

This is a great house for a family gathering. Very roomy with space for all ages and a perfect location with an ocean view and walking distance to beach and town. We did run out of house supplies and the garbage from previous guests along with ours didn't get picked up during our week stay. Overall it had all our family needed for a fun stay at the beach.

On the plus side, The Parker House is in a great location, with peek-a-boo views of the water through the dunes.
The place was clean, with plenty of clean towels and linens.
Unfortunately, the water heater died during our visit, and we were without hot water for a full day. Tony, the maintenance man, was prompt and courteous, and worked hard to get us back up and running as soon as he could. There were some other maintenance issues that concerned us, but the property management company told me they hadn’t been able to complete their walk-throughs after a busy summer season. With a little more polish, this place could be a fantastic beach getaway.

This house has a great location. Very spacious inside and nice to have the separate living space downstairs for the teenagers. The bunks are very noisy and unstable. A couple of the kids moved out to the couches due to the noise. There were small black beetle type bugs ALL OVER the house. I am guessing they may be common for the area, but we have stayed in mutiple rentals in Long Beach and never saw them before. The sliding door out to the BBQ came off the track almost every time it was opened and the slider out to the front deck from dining area did not have a screen at all. With all this being said, I would probably still rent here again due to the location and space.

the location to the beach and town were so close and convenient. No one needed to drive anywhere. The layout out the house gave privacy and group locations for every one, playing game, watching TV or enjoying time alone.

This is a wonderful house! Very large and comfortable. And up to our cleaning standards, which are very high!! The location is fantastic! Right at the beach, boardwalk, and walking trails. A short drive to town, or doable to walk. The only caution I would give is we had an 86, 84, and 78 year old, who are pretty physically active but need some “older” people amenities. There are low toilets, no grab bars, and the master bed is very, very high. Lots of stairs but nice railings to help.

We really enjoyed this house as the location is just what we look for at Long Beach. Close access to the beach and ocean, easy access to the bike path which we like to ride every day and even up to the lighthouse. And within walking distance to town. Just what we want when we go to the ocean! Thank you!

Beautiful & Cozy
We enjoyed our stay so much! It was a perfect mini getaway and the weather cooperated, too. It was easy to stay in touch with the property manager. All in all! Great great great!

Great place!
What a wonderful house in a great location - just 4 minutes to the beach, 2 minutes to the walking trail, and within walking distance to the main city block and stores! It was very clean and it has a great arrangement that can support separation upstairs and downstairs for two families if needed. A very big kitchen, comfortable sofas, and nice TVs. We appreciated being able to park our cars in the garage to help keep them free of the salt water air, and the washer/dryer. We would definitely like to stay again!

Loved it
This property is amazing location is great. House is big and there is plenty of room to spread out and give each other space. We were inside for two days as weather wasn't great and even with 7 kids and 4 adults no one got on each other nerves or felt like the house was too small. Everyone had a blast. We didn't want to leave.

Family getaway
The house was great,but there was too many stairs for me,who has knee problems.plus there was no propane for the fireplace or barbecue,that was a little disappointing. But the location was awesome.Iwould recommend it

Great location and place to celebrate Thanksgiving!
We were here over a stormy Thanksgiving. 6 adults and 4 kids. Loved having 2 levels, multiple bathrooms, fireplace, and lots of kitchen/dining space. Easy walking to beach and town. Overall great house and lots of room to enjoy our time. Minor deferred maintenance evident and jetted tub wasn't working. Worked well for school age kids, just be aware may not be best for babies and toddlers. Totally recommend to others! Thanks so much :)

Parker house was wonderful! There was space for our large group to spread out and relax. Everything was really comfortable and in great shape!!

Lovely home that can use a little TLC
Roomy, great location. This home is well-used, and can use some extra care, for example every pan has very loose handles, the toaster isn't working properly, a lightbulb was out, a kitchen chair is very wobbley, the barbeque is dirty. All minor things which did not stop us from enjoying our visit to this lovely home.

Perfect Getaway
We couldn’t have asked for a better home for our family to spend a week together. The location was perfect and the house was more than we were expecting! So much space - ongoing puzzles on two tables, games, and meals - room for it all. Everything we needed in the kitchen. Comfy beds. Already booked for next year! Thank you for sharing your home.

Friday Flock Knitting Beach Retreat
We had so much fun, knitting and exploring all the local yarn stores. The house was perfect for knitting together. We had to bring our own lights but we normally do anyway.

The location of this property is outstanding. It is a short walk to the beach and shopping. The house is very comfortable and spacious. There is abundant places to chill, and gather. There is a closet full of games, movies, and books for everyone's tastes. The master suite has a lovely view and deep, jetted tub. We were very pleased with our stay.

Great house and location
The house is big with lots of space for 8 people. It sits right in the dunes with view of the ocean and sunset. It is a ten minute walk to town. Property was nicely prepared and the property managers communicated well with us. We would love to stay there again.
