House was great for our group of 10! Plenty of space so we didn’t feel cramped l, comfy beds and bathrooms which is a huge plus when managing so many people in one house.

We felt very much at home in this large home that accomodated 9 adults and one very active toddler. We enjoyed the large kitchen, the rooms and especially the pool and jacuzzi. The host was very prompt kauai, it may be too far from

Had a lovely week long stay with our family of ten (four kids). Very clean and the amenities were great. We especially appreciated the variety of beach equipment available, boogie boards, chairs for ten, umbrellas, floats, and beach towels. Frankly, this probably saved us several hundred dollars in additional expenses, had we rented this equipment. The kitchen was well set up and stocked. The pool and hot tub were lovely.

Our family of nine (Stan Fam 9), had so much fun during our stay at this beautiful property. The house is laid out very well and has everything a vacationer could possibly want and/or need during a trip. The neighborhood is absolutely beautiful and with lush flowering trees and beautiful mountains in the background. During our stay, we snorkeled at many different beaches (Tunnels was a favorite), drove through Waimea Canyon State Park, spent a day deep sea fishing and enjoyed great food at many different restaurants. On of our favorite evenings was when we went to the Kalamaku Luau show. It was such a great show with great food, and we really enjoyed the local craft booths before the show. Back to your house though. Simply put, your house is beautiful and located close to many desirable restaurants, shopping places to visit. We really loved the hot tub and pool after a long day of sightseeing and exploring. We can't wait to come back and stay at your property!

Everything was perfect, exactly as advertised.
It was a little cool during our stay and it would have been nice to have the pool heat turned on. It was was a very small inconvenience and we easily adapted by enjoying the hottub.
The owner was incredibly prompt to answer any and all our questions. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

We had a fabulous time staying in this beautiful home. We, along with our adult children and grandchildren had a really great time. The kids loved having the pool and hot tub. We also had foosball and ping pong tournaments. The house was stocked with everything we could need and more. Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise with us!!

Host was extremely helpful and responsive to our questions about the area. The property is perfect for a large group of family and friends. Kitchen is well equipped, more towels than you need, and everything you would need for a trip to the beach!

This is a fantastic place for families to stay. Lots of things for babies and toddlers. Just wish there was AC but that’s common on the island. Loved it!

It's the second time we have stayed at this house.
Two bedrooms are on the ground floor which is helpful for older people or those with disabilities: Comfortable, clean and within easy access to beaches, walks, shops and for those that play golf a shot away.
The host is helpful and responds immediately.
We hope to go again.

This house lives up to the photos on the listing, in a beautiful location close to Hanalei and great beaches, with many great amenities for families. Comes stock with beach gear, pool toys, ping pong and foosball. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay in Princeville. The house was the perfect size for our family trip to celebrate a 50th wedding anniversary. The pool was warm and a great gathering place for all ages. The kitchen was large and had all we needed. We never ate out because we could cook and BBQ at the house, which was nice when we were a group of 10. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. I enjoyed going for morning runs. The upstairs rooms and the downstairs room by the game room got hot on a few afternoons/evenings but there were fans and since we could cool off in the pool, it was fine. I really appreciated that there was a nice blow-up mattress too so children could sleep in the same room, and we enjoyed the nice selection of games. All in all, it was wonderful and we would love to come back and stay again.

The pool was outstanding and well utilized by all the kids. It was easy to sit poolside and watch the kids play. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and there were a lot of fun games to play after family dinner. We walked to the market, beach, and park. There were plenty of towels, beach chairs, toys, and wagons. I hope to be back again someday!

Family of 8 looking for relaxation and found it at this lovely property in Princeville. Rare find with a backyard pool/hot tub/waterfall that made for a delightful getaway in this upscale neighborhood. Quick 2-min drive to grocery and take-out. Beach close by. Downstairs bathroom needs attention/updating as there was evidence of some leakage between water tank and stool of the toilet. Checkout procedure was unclear bc times sent via text from owner differed from times on app and published in materials in home. Housekeeper arrived about 10 min after she expected us to be gone and was unhappy. Otherwise everything was beautiful, furnishings were amazing, linens plentiful, no mechanical issues or problems whatsoever! Just a bunch of Roosters crowing at all hours! If you’ve ever been to Kauai…you know!!

We rented this house for a family trip and it was perfect! The house had everything we needed, the pool was awesome and it’s a great location. Easy access to many different restaurants, shops and beaches - we even walked to the grocery store. The house was clean and the check-in/check-out process was super easy. Definitely recommend!!

this placed is amazing.!! very spacious, open with lots of natural light. it felt so comfortable like coming home. we had our adult children and their spouses , we had plenty of room to relax and enjoy. great location to the north shore activities, hiking along the NaPali coastline as well as a little beginner surfing and boogie boarding. Brandi is a terrific host and was so quick to respond to all our questions and concerns. I would definitely recommend this home !!

This property has it all. Everything was immaculate. The house had everything you needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances, even a rice cooker. The pool, spa and waterfall were gorgeous, the location is very convenient to restaurants and beaches. I would definitely recommend this anyone looking to stay in Kauai.

There were eight adults (4 couples) and there was plenty of room for us all to gather. The pool and jacuzzi were awesome after a day out at the beach or tour. Well stocked and super nice location. Walkable to a grocery store and nice location to the evening sunset. Our children are grown but it was obviously set up well for families with younger children as well. We all commented on that. Short drive to a couple of beaches. Loved it!

Garage full of beach necessities-beach chairs, boogie boards, beach wagons, and games - ping pong, foosball. Games in the house too, and all the cable TV stations. Awesome pool and spa. Every bedroom has its own bathroom (4). Good driveway parking. Great neighborhood. The island of Kauai is beyond beautiful. Good times! Mahalo

We had an amazing time at this property. We are also VRBO property owners and we know exactly what goes into making a quality vacation rental. This house has everything you need for a Kauai vacation. The house was clean and well stocked with all the things you would need for an ocean destination. communication with Brandi was easy and responses were quick. There is no A/C but with the windows open it was pleasant. The two downstairs bedrooms are in the front of the house so keeping the windows open and curtains open lacks a little privacy- but not a huge deal.
Pool and hot tub are awesome and the backyard is just a cool place to chill. Including the 2 sided covered porch which was really enjoyable for listening to rain fall.

With our children and grandchildren we had a wonderful stay at this property. We enjoyed the proximity to multiple great beaches and also loved being at "home" and enjoying the pool and hot tub. The house was very well equipped with kitchen ware, towels, toys, beach stuff, and games.
Our only complaint is that certain goods were not well stocked, like paper products, dish soap, and laundry soap. This is a very high end property and we were surprised there was not a sufficient supply of such items.
Overall we had a wonderful stay and everyone in the family thought the house was ideal.

The house is very comfortable and well designed. Not over furnished, but we'll stocked with beach supplies and everything needed to have fun. I have several bad experiences with vacation rentals, but Hale Ohana is exactly as advertised. The house is every bit as nice as the photos if not better!
There was an unforeseen issue with a bee hive in the backyard, but Brandy was quick to take care of it.

This was a blissful experience - house is lovely and the pool is amazing. My kids (6 and under) couldn’t get enough of the pool. Also the well stocked sand toys and beach chairs were much appreciated! Also there was no air conditioning but we didn’t need it - the plentiful fans cooled things down enough.

Our family loved the heated pool and hot tub. Fantastic location within walking distance of Foodland. House was very clean and nicer than it looked in photos. Four good bedrooms each with its own bathroom. Kitchen was nicely set up for cooking. Owner was responsive, friendly, and helpful. The best vacation rental I’ve ever stayed at. Highly recommended.
