I can't say enough about the superior service and responsiveness I received from our host. I had some special requests I inquired about prior to our stay. They were fulfilled timely and graciously. The support during our stay was outstanding. The home was beautiful and very comfortable. The location is spectacular!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Potts Point. We hadn’t been anywhere in 3 years and decided to splurge on a month in Maine. We stayed at the house for 27 nights, and it passed too quickly. The view is even better than the pictures. The owner responded quickly when I let him know about a couple of maintenance issues. Plumber came a couple of hours after I reported a problem and they fixed it immediately. I wholeheartedly recommend this house.

We have had the opportunity to stay in a number of lovely rental properties all around the world, and this is our favorite. Full stop. If you are considering a trip to the mid-coast/ Harpswell area, this is pure perfection. Potts point has long been one of our family’s favorite destinations, and this home allows you to take full advantage of the amazing views, tidal pool searching, swimming, kayaking, and nearby day trips. Our three daughters didn’t want to leave, and neither did we! Like the home, Kai is extraordinary. He is the most responsive host I have ever worked with! It was such a pleasure! We hope to return many times in the future.

It’s rare that a property is better than depicted in photos, but Kai’s place is one of those rarities. The house is absolutely stunning, and our family has never stayed anywhere more relaxing and comfortable. The views are spectacular, and Kai is a thoughtful, gracious host. When you dream of coastal Maine homes ….Kai’s home is exactly what you would dream of. Pott’s Point is truly a special location! It has all the amenities you need & sunset views to die for! My kids 8 & 10 explored the beach areas surrounding the home for hours. We found all types of sea treasures (seaglass, shells & rocks ) and hours of fun just right outside the doorsteps. Our trip to Pott’s Point is one we will not forget. My kids are already asking to come back. Thank you Kai for sharing your beautiful home with my family!

Perfectly located at the end of a strip on land, next to the beach and uninterrupted views of the bay. We watched the sun come up from the kitchen, and the sun go down over the bay from the deck. The house was beautifully maintained, exceptionally clean and well equipped. The host was very attentive and proactive to make sure we had the best experience. A very easy five star review.

An amazing home perfectly situated at the very tip of Harpswell's Potts Point. You are literally surrounded by ocean on three sides with stunning views of small islands, lobster boats, sunrises and sunsets. And the house itself is immaculate, well designed and lacks for nothing in terms of amenities. This is a true slice of heaven. Kai is a very responsive and gracious host. He and his beautiful vacation home have earned every five star review. We hope to return soon.

We could not believe how beautiful and perfect this home was - incredible water views from every room, two separate decks to relax and watch the boats, high end finishes in the gorgeous kitchen and bathrooms, to the tranquil and stunning location. The yard has a great fire pit surrounded by adirondack chairs which we sat around at night and watched the stars. Not to mention private path to the water to explore the tide pools and Pott's Point. My family could not have had a better time! Kai was a fantastic host with incredible recommendations, instructions for the home, and champagne to welcome us - we felt like honored guests! Words and the pictures cannot begin to describe how incredible this place is!!

What a wonderful house to stay in. The views are truly amazing. Watching the sunset from the deck will stay with us for a long time! My favorite spot was on the beach at the bottom of the steps from the garden. Take a beach chair, umbrella and a glass of wine, you will not be disappointed!!!

I can safely say our one week stay was the most beautiful and relaxing beach vacation my family has ever had and the accommodations the most luxurious. I’d like to additionally call out the hospitality of the host. We had a minor issue (not worth getting into the details here) and their reaction was nothing but concern, and they went above and beyond to make it right. If you rent this property, you can be assured you will be well cared for. A truly one-of-a-kind vacation spot.

The location, the house and the owners are all 5 stars. The views from the property are breathtaking. The beach in front of the house is perfect for kids and adults. The house belongs on a cover of a magazine. Everything was new, clean and beautifully decorated for a beach house. We enjoyed every minute of our stay here.

What an amazing slice of heaven! The house is new, beautiful, well appointed and pretty much has any and everything you could need. The layout has great flow and the upstairs is all windows overlooking (the reason you are there) the view! The kitchen is awesome, the couches and chairs are all comfortable and the beds and linens are great. Walk outside and go explore the tide pools, have a small fire and just take it all in. Truly amazing gem.

This property is a gem. Newly renovated, spotlessly clean and ideally situated on the end of a peninsula, the upstairs has windows on three sides with the ocean view filling all views. amazing!

We had an absolutely lovely stay at Potts Point! The location at the tip of a nature preserve is outstanding and offers unspoiled natural beauty. The house was incredibly comfortable and well-appointed, having everything we could possibly need during our stay. We also greatly enjoyed jaunts to other nearby nature preserves as well as Orr's and Bailey's Islands. All in all, the property is a tranquil sanctuary. We really appreciated Kai's kindness and responsiveness, ensuring that all our questions were quickly answered and checking in to be sure our stay was a wonderful one in every way.

From the moment you step in and see the sweeping views of the ocean, you know it's going to be a spectacular stay. Pictures cannot do this beautiful home justice. The location is amazing, the house is beautifully decorated with a feeling of simple elegance, and the views are stunning. Some of the best sunsets I have EVER seen. The views are amazing. The house has every modern amenity. Kai communicated frequently with us; very helpful and customer-centric. We had a great stay and will be back in the Fall.

‘You did good dad” were the first words spoken by the kids when we arrived. What an amazing property both inside and out. Pictures are amazing but still dont do it justice. The views from the kitchen are breathtaking and I enjoyed an early morning cup of tea in the garden watching the lobster boats. Kids had a blast on the beach and in the water. We will return and all agreed we would love to enjoy the views when a big storm rolls in so maybe a winter weekend trip needed too.

Beautiful, new, very clean, airy and bright house with amazing water views from almost every room! Great waterfront property to roam and explore. Kai was incredibly kind and responsive and we look forward to our next visit to his wonderful home. Note: There are no window treatments so it does get bright and sunny early in the am, but the views are worth it!

Home was fully remodeled with upscale amenities and all the warm comforts of home. Beautiful views from every room. Owner was easy to communicate with. Will stay again.

Overall, this home is a beautiful, picturesque place to stay. The location is spectacular, with 270 degree views and a nature preserve out the front window. The home itself is brand new, very nicely finished, and had ample space for our group (2 adult couples and 1 small child). Lots of things to do in the surrounding area, including some of the best seafood I've had anywhere. There were, however, a couple of things that I wish we had paid more attention to/known before arriving: - The location is wonderful, but it takes a deceptively long time to get anywhere else. This home is only about 10 miles from the nearest grocery stores, etc, but that drive regularly took us more than 30 minutes, even at the end of the season with minimal other traffic. The road is 2 lanes and has few passing zones. Plan for this additional travel time accordingly. - There are NO window treatments in the main spaces of the house. The bathroom windows have curtains, but there is absolutely nothing on any of the other windows. While this is great for the views, it is horrible for sleeping, especially for young children. The home was completely sunlit before 6AM every day. Neither of these two things put a significant damper on our experience, and I would still recommend this home as a wonderful place to stay in the area.

This was an amazing property. The view was spectacular and watching the tides come in and out was awesome. The house had very comfortable furnishings and the owners thought of every detail like extra blankets for cool evenings, folding beach chairs and family games. We hope to come back again!

Vrbo and Kai were exceptional to work with in booking our stay at 70 Potts Point. The home was immaculate and very modern with the latest of amenities. The private 180 degree view of the ocean was spectacular. This is truly a hidden gem and we hope to return again soon.
