We had a fantastic stay. We just wished that the location had more beach vibes, ocean. Views, etc.

Gréât location but not clean

This is a great property with an awesome location! Just steps from the beach where there are turtles swimming. Modern amenities made it very pleasant to stay in.

We really enjoyed this North shore condo! It was an older unit but the owners remodeled the entire unit with new upgrades. Very clean! It was well stocked. Mama’s Fish House Restaurant was a 2 minute walk and we walked there several times a day since the beach in front of the restaurant is picturesque! We would definitely stay here again!

Everything was great. Kitchen was fully stocked. Beach equipment including towels were provided. Actually pretty quiet even though it’s on Hana highway.

The condo was very clean and comfortable and in a great location.

Apartment is super cute, modern, clean, and the air conditioning is nice! My only complaint is the communication through VRBO and EVOLVE was poor. I could never speak with a human abs we didn’t receive any information about our rental until the morning we were supposed to check in. That was frustrating and a bit stressful. When we finally received our contact information, she was super kind about granting us a late check out on our last day.

This property was perfect for us. It’s in a great location to explore the Road to Hana (we did Twin Falls one day and the rest of the drive another day) and it’s such a great location if you have a small child. We loved walking to the little store and to Mamas beach to snorkel. Also the property manager Christy is an angel and was a fantastic communicator.

Overall space was adequate, but under delivered for the price. Place was clean, plenty of clean towels and easy to access. The property manager checked in to see how our stay was going on day two of our four night stay which was nice. The unit was recently remodeled but craftsmanship is not great. Barn Doors stick, gouges in drywall, cheeper furnishings. The bedroom had an odor that was very faint but smelled poor (pee). We were unable to trace the root of it during our stay so we didn’t notify the property manager. It wasn’t any of the bedding thank goodness. The unit does not have a dishwasher / dishes appeared dirty so as a precaution we hand washed all plates, cups, utensils before use / highly recommend doing this. For this rate our expectations were much higher than what this property could deliver. It is overmatched with no view and no curb appeal. It’s rough asking this price but understand that the owner want to recoup their investment.

We stayed at the condo for 2 nights as a starting point for the Road to Hana and exploring northern Maui. We loved exploring Paia and the condo was a great location for that. The condo is recently remodeled and greatly appointed with everything we needed. Communication was great and they even helped us return to pick up an item I forgot after checkout. Great place!

Everything was great

This was a lovely little condo for two! This was our first time staying in Paia and the condo was pretty much as advertised. The location was great with walking access to a couple nearby beaches including the one in front of Mamas Fish House. A short drive to our favourite beach Hookipa and into Paia. Our favourite thing about the location was the Kuau Store. What a gem for coffee, fresh pastries and sandwiches or poke! The kitchen was well equipped and we loved the extras like a small cooler and insulated coffee mugs. Decor was really cute and the bed was comfy. Only real complaint is “highway” noise but we were aware this would be likely. Bedside and living room lamps would be nice for reading. The complex was clean. Cant beat the price! Thank you!

Perfect for the Hana highway drive, beaches close by, Piai great town with shopping and restaurants.

Bon appartement, dommage pour le manque de flexibilité pour la remise des clés que ce soit à l arrivée (retard) et le départ (entre 11,00 et midi grand max). Quand on a un vol à 22.30 et que la pluie est prévue non stop toute la journée, il n y a pas d arrangements possibles pour laisser les valises ou planches de surf. Malgré notre demande polie comme il est proposé dans le contrat, ma femme s est fait raccrocher au nez.

Remodel is fantastic and location is great for the little beach nearby. Nice to be on ground floor if you have little ones: grassy area off patio. Great food and coffee just a few hundred feet up the road.

I absolutely loves this place. It was beautifully decorated. Had every kitchen amenity you could ask for. Christy, who was our go to, was wonderful and very helpful. We walked in and it smelled so clean, the sheets smelled so fresh! the A/c worked great. I love the location. Super close to Ho’okipa beach which is amazing to see the turtles come on the beach at sunset and you see them headed back in the water at Sunrise. (but don’t go near them) Paia town is super close too. Easy to get to all areas of the island. I like that it is away from the big touristy areas. I do come to Hawaii frequently and will definitely stay here again. Mahalo for a wonderful stay! And a Big Mahalo to Christy!
