The front side, driveway too steep, no iron in the room, towels are bad and a lot of black spots, they should change the towels to the good ones, this is a 5 stars hotel not a motel!

Breakfast menu variation was less need more menu as options for the visitors.

The room is decent and it's within walking distance to jatim expo where I needed to go.

Location is a bit far from the city center with nothing much around. The room is okay but there are things that can be improved: the towels were grayish in colour; no spoons provided in the room in spite of the coffee and cups being provided, the shower door made noise when it opened and closed.

Seating chairs in the hotel lobby are very dirty?... the train is passing by the hotel its very noisy in the middle of the night.. flies and mosquitoes everywhere😖

Room was spacious. Comfortable plush bedding.

I find it hard to fault the place.

It was very clean and they followed the protocol to keep it safe. Friendly staff, spacious room and great breakfast.

I like the room interior and setting.

The surroundings were far from anything. I chose the place because it was the nearest from the highway, but unfortunately, it took a long turn to get there also. The room was noisy, you can hear water running (not sure from which bathroom) and you can hear people talking next room and the hotel refused when I asked to change to a new room. The cable TV was not working. The Internet connection was bad. End up using my TV box and my Internet connection.

All breakfast served according to covid 19 health protocol. The waiters were very helpful

On the first night, the free wifi was not fast enough. However it was better the next day

Everything they are advertising is not true. No restaurant, no bar, no gym. The room service quality is very poor. What a scam!!! We had a really bad experience and it shouldn’t be advertised as a 5 star hotel..more like a poor 3 star. You can Stay for the same money at the Sheraton.
