Room was large, comfortable, and inviting.
Clunky housekeeping arrangement requires you to tell them the day before. Was not aware of that until I asked for service around 10 the next morning. Only hotel I’ve had to do that.

The room was spacious and the bed was super comfy which is important when you have a long hard day at work.

The Hotel is new, clean and good rooms for the price. Staff was friendly.
Great location about 10 mins from Carowinds Theme Park and a 5 minute drive to Fort Mill Village Square. Lots of restaurants there.
Loud AC unit in the room where our kids slept on the pull out sofa. The air was blowing on their faces and they did not sleep well. Our room was next to the pool and people were out late talking loud, so be aware of that.

The staff is super friendly every time we stay
The price I paid this time was significantly higher than previous stays. On Booking it was at $119 then switched to $168.

I liked that the beds were comfy and clean. I also liked that the floors were not carpeted. The towels were of good quality as well.
I think they need more parking.

The location was very convenient, and the staff was excellent.
The guests above me children ran back and forth all night and they finally stopped at 6a.m.

Clean, well appointed and great room layout. The gym was large and well-lit. Breakfast was above and beyond good and generous.
Hotel staff did not straighten the beds daily as requested. Not a big deal, but not consistent with the service throughout our stay.

The rooms are great. Very stylish, large and a good set up. Loved that it had a few hooks to hang jackets and a little ledge to leave your key handy.
The bathroom was not clean. When we arrived, i noticed the shower floor was dirty, white spots stained on one of the walls and a pubic hair on the vanity.

everything was absolutely perfect. The cleanest, nicest place to stay. As soon as you walk into the door the facility smells clean and amazing. They would text throughout the stay and offer up housekeeping or any basics.

Very nice hotel, and you get a lot for your money! Huge gym, nice patio with fire pits, nice restaurant. Enjoyed this place and will definitely return
