We were welcomed with fresh sunflowers, coffee, cookies and chocolate. The house was well stocked with kitchen essentials including K cups and creamer. The house was super clean and comfortable. Our fur babies loved the backyard! The location was very convenient for our weekend plans. The neighborhood was definitely not upscale and we knew that from the listing. I felt very safe staying there. Would definitely recommend.

Our stay was seamless. Courtney stayed in touch every step of the way. She even went out of her way to find and deliver firewood to the house. House was very clean and comfortable. We used the fire pit and Adirondack chairs 3 out of the 4 nights and loved every minute of being outdoors enjoying a fire.

Courtney was welcoming and communicative. The property met our needs exactly!

Home looks to be a home that was flipped. Kept clean and trendy. Know it’s a older home so don’t expect new bathrooms, etc. However we thought it was very cute, comfortable for our needs this weekend. Close to wedding venue The Belle Crane Inn. If I had to share anything questionable .. it was the neighborhood at first look upon arrival. However, this absolutely was not a issue.

The cottage was perfect for our family event. Courtney was quick to respond to any questions I had and very kind to accommodate our needs. The cottage is well maintained and has a sweet cozy atmosphere. My family enjoyed their time together at the cottage.. The house is well furnished and the amenities were excellent. Cute property with a big yard. We spent a lot of time with family during our stay, so we were gone during the day. But we were always welcomed by a comfortable evening at the cheery bungalow.

The home was beautiful and worked perfect for us. Courtney was an amazing host and had the house ready and welcoming for my family and I. Neighborhood was quite and we even had dinner in town. Amazing restaurants, breweries and live music just a short walk over to Main Street.

Courtney was quick to respond to any questions/inquiries we had. House was very nice , clean Quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay.

We have been to several VRBO rentals , this owner excelled in excellent customer service, which we appreciate. The cottage is an older home, but it has been updated with new appliances & technologies. Gaining access was simple . The fact that our (2) four legged friends were not only allowed but welcomed was a great bonus to making our stay even better . There is an enclosed yard for them to play safely. Our two teens felt welcomed with internet access & cookies ! It was close to CarOwinds ! The cottage was cute & charming . The decor matched the easy vacation feel. The air conditioning worked well, even on an 100 degree day! The master bathroom was clean & serviceable. The shower was a bit of a challenge for my 6’3” husband - the owner was open to hearing of our challenges & to see what she could do to manage those challenges. All in all a very favorable vaca -we would rent again.
