Extremely well located in street off of main square. Kitchen is well furnished. Owner met at property and provided restaurants and activity recommendations. Would definitely stay here again. Great value for the facilities provided.

There are stairs but wide and not a problem. It may be for some guests.

Location is extremely good in the center of Beaune, only a 100 meters from Place Carnot. It's in a small alley so it is very quiet, also in te night (for a good nightsleep). We didn't have much time in the morning, so breakfast at Place Carnot. But there's a small kitchen so you could make your own breakfast and coffee (Nespresso-machine). There are 2 bedrooms, the superior-bedroom has it's own toilet and sink. The masterbedroom has a bigger bed (I think it is 1.80 meters) the other bedroom the bed is quite small (some 1.20 meters). The whole appartment is very spacious. We booked it already for a few times when we're for work in Beaune. The owner André is very friendly and he speaks also English. Above all, the appartment is very clean.

Parking is not as easy as one might like but given the location it is understandable.

so central and easy to pop out for a croissant. coffee and tea provided. this is a lovely appartment in a old building. everything is in great taste and so many thoughtful touches.there is a small terrace for that bit of outside space.andre is the perfect host, responsive and discreet.parking was easy and near.

we loved it all

Wonderful location, very close to the square with restaurants and shopping but completely quiet at night (and we're very light sleepers). Apartment is renovated and modernly decorated. There are about two flights of stairs to get to the apartment and one flight up to the bedroom, no issue for us. Place is very spacious and comfortable. There's a half bathroom off of the bedroom, very convenient. Kitchen is well appointed if you choose to cook. You can drive straight into the apt and drop off your bags, then park your car for free less than 5 min walk away. Highly recommend!

Our host met us and even helped carry bags up the stairs. Host was so kind, charming, and hospitable.
