Das Hotel ist sehr nahe vom Zentrum, ruhige Umgebung und hat Parkgelegenheit.

Beim Zimmerbezug nach 17:00 stellten fest, dass das Zimmer stinkt und das Bett sehr feucht feucht war. Uns wurde ein neues Zimmer zugewiesen, dieses war um einiges kleiner. Eher ein Einzelzimmer. Konnten uns kaum bewegen darin.

Location was good. Breakfast was excellent.

The room was in the annex with little character and was not spotlessly clean. Extensive renovation work was going on in the main hotel.

Adequate on site paid for parking. Close enough to the action. Satisfactory one night stop over. Good air con.

Air conditioning in room wasn’t very effective.

We have stayed at this hotel before and knew the location to be excellent. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good.

We did not know at the time of booking that extensive renovations were taking place. The quality of the room we were given was very poor (apart from the comfortable bed). It was very dated and threadbare in places. The bathroom was dated and the shower was poor. It was overall poor value for money in terms of the quality of the room. We were disappointed having stayed here before. The renovations are definitely needed in the part of the hotel we stayed in.

Great location with plenty of choice for places to eat. its a big hotel so quite busy but the staff are great.

Air con machine noisy outside window Rooms a bit minimalist. No TV control first night. Had the impression the staff were students lucky to have a job. But not properly trained.

The hotel is tired and very basic, our room (31) was poor, basic facilities you would need binoculars to watch the TV, and the bath is no more than a shower tray.
