Everything was great. Only stayed one night and arrived in the evening and left in morning so didn’t spend much time here but from what I saw and experienced everything was perfect. Location also very central in a good area.

The Room was clean and comfortable. Yet the location was very convenience. Short gateway during weekend and it was great with saturday night market/stall and sunday market ..Highly Recommended!!

I was staying at room no.301. The aircond was very noisy,water pump was leaking terrible, the room was quite small . The location is great, near to Suria mall, Sunday market was just below the hotel and easy search for foods, hotel staff are friendly.

Very clean and compact room with all basic features. The bathroom is big. They allow us to put our main luggage at the counter overnight since we will stay at the same hotel after the mount KK trip. The hotel is situated in a very strategic place too.

The room has something need to be better. for example I find some food trace and ants on the bed sheet.

My go to place in KK when I have a short visit. Conveniently located in centre of town close to eateries, phamarcies, etc. Internet is good and there is a lift for the higher floors.

Really close to everything, literally. Sunday market right in front of the hotel lobby. Superb location!
This is no a complaint, but in my toilet there was like a residue which I thought was someones business at first, but after a couple of flushes, we figured its some kind of stains thats just wont go away. And, the AC was kinda warm too. But overall, it was a nice stay. would come back again 😬

Bedsheet has spots and is not clean. Wash basin drainage flow is slow.
