The pool on the roof was really good with a nice view. They prepared our room in advance and let us enter in it earlier than expected. There were Water and coffe for free in the room. The hotel is in a good position, quiet but near to restaurants and at almost 20 minutes from the historical center by car. Excellent service overall

Einziger Nachteil ist die Entfernung zur MRT/ BTS Station. Wir haben uns meistens per Grab ein Auto zu den Orten geholt für 2-3€. Vom Flughafen 9€.

El trato del personal fue genial, siempre sonriendo y dispuestos a hacernos la estancia más agradable. Quisimos cambiarnos de habitación y nos dejaron sin problema.

Personnel très pro et aux petits soins. Nous a booké un taxi pour 4.30am pour nous eviter le stress de trouver un transport si tôt Roof top superbe Chambre spacieuse ... Le lit King size! Le ménage toujours accompagné de 2 bouteilles d'eau, de thé et café et changement de serviettes tous les jours

20 min à pieds du BTS Je pensais être plus proche mais c'est ma faute, mal vu. Mais taxi, bus juste à côté.

First we were given a room we booked, as we were walking to it, reception took the key away from us and gave us another room which wasn't what we booked. Then they moved us to another room that didn't have working air conditioning, we asked them to fix it. They went to check it while we were out and left the door open all day. When we came back in the evening we told them it's still not working. They said it is but sent another employee to check again and said its working fine. It was 32 degrees celcius in the room. So they moved us again to another room, where the bath wasn't working. Bed is hard like the floor, breakfast was terrible so my wife didn't eat it on wither day and I don't even bother going for the 2nd day. Never had a worse experience in a hotel.

Professional service, stunning rooftop view with a pool, spacious rooms with comfy beds, and a fantastic breakfast selection. Quiet neighborhood, close to the airport. Highly recommended for an exceptional Bangkok experience!

Location was great, on site gym was alright.

It seemed understaffed and besides the gentleman who checked us in staff were not that friendly/hospitable - there was a weird feeling like you were a huge inconvenience. Room service took 90 minutes to come and they over charged us for cocktails which we ended up paying just so we were not late for our flight. This hotel isn't worth the price and not nice enough for a longer stay but would work for an overnight spot.

PumPui and Kelly on reception were exceptional, very helpful, patient and really made the stay at le D'Tel Super. Would have stayed there longer had they had a better gym and more comfortable bed.. am now at siam @ siam staff here are not as customer focused as they were... le D'Tel you should be very proud of these Staff.

Breakfast, good and enough. Location is good if you like street food, close to residential area, quality of street food is good.

Great location if you want to be closer to the real Bangkok. The staff went out of their way to make everything right.

very little on the menu or at breakfast for a vegetarian but they did try and help.

Our room had a "window". The "window" has a strange direktion into nowhere and you cant see more then a wall. Sunlight is not included. Normally I would complain about it, but we where only there to sleep --> no sunlight or a view from the room is needed

The service was great. They were very helpful. The pumpkin soup was amazing.
