Location - very accessible to the skytrain and other malls. The spa was also very good.
Room layout - it had an open layout (no door between bedroom and bathroom.

The room was excellent. Huge, comfortable and clean. The amenities in the bathroom was great too. It is located right next to a BTS station which made going anywhere very convenient. The hotel also allowed access to the pool and shower facilities after check out so that we could freshen up before going to the airport. Would not hesitate to go back again if I were to go to Bangkok again.
It was not located right in the heart of town - it was 1-2 BTS stops away, which might be an issue for some.

Personnel gentil, poli et souriant, hélas d'une efficacité toute relative.
Chambre jolie et assez spacieuse.
Tout a été compliqué et rien ne se résout au bénéfice du client : arriver avant l'heure du check-in, entrer dans les restaurants qui risquent de bientôt fermer, arriver un peu tard pour boire un verre... rien n'est jamais possible... pas très "fun" cet endroit. Surtout pas assez orienté clientèle.
Restaurant japonais excellent avec un service hélas très lent, restaurant international de base avec un service au moins aussi lent, restaurant gastronomique sympathique sans plus, à des prix honteux. A proscrire.
Dans l'ensemble tout est un peu de base, rien d'extraordinaire au final pour le prix. Les promesses ne sont pas tenues.

Hotel design is minimalist and invites a sense of peaceful living. The room we booked has a spacious area and quiet.
For a 5-star hotel standard, (1) no guidelines on the use of room control system, not customer-centric if I may say; (2) small details such as the outlet panel near the working table is not working, I was charging my laptop for some hours and realized that there is no power in the outlet

We really appreciate the hotel’s arrangement for the lovely card, the anniversary cake, the red roses, rose petals in the bath tub… and also the extension checkout time!!!
My parents were so so happy during 2 days there, they love every moment at the Okura Prestige Bangkok… To them this stay is really an unforgetable memory in Thailand…
And to me who is living in Japan, this is truly a best hotel with the Japanese motenashi!!!

-部屋は大きくて綺麗、ウォシュレットトイレとバスルームは別。シャンプー類もタイのいいものを使っている。

-Afternoon tea と Evening canapesも最高。特に Evening canapesにはビール、ワイン、スパークリングワイン、ビールなどたくさんあって選べる。

The water drainage in the bathroom floor trap was extremely slow, even after service by your staff.

First and foremost, the staff were very professional and helpful. We had an issue with the room and were accommodated with a better room. The international buffet was well presented and had everything you could imagine. The Japanese breakfast setting was very nice as well. The gym and pool areas were decent. The divided elevators from ground to lobby and different elevators from lobby to upper rooms and gym were delightful with little time to wait for either need.
Lack of attention to a potential safety issue, but I should have told management, so my fault. The infinity pool has a glass partition that has a crack in the window that overhangs the sidewalk and street below. I mentioned to the gym staff that someone should take measures to temp fix the glass (i.e., taping or reinforcing the cracks) to prevent it from falling and potentially injuring someone. They merely told me that the section was awaiting repair, which did not address the potential for the glass to fall. Management needs to address this immediately!!!!

Our newest favourite 5* hotel in the world. We stayed in many hotels, but this one was absolutely great. We loved every moment of our stay. We had the chance also to meet the general manager Niek Hammer who came during breakfast just to chat with us, the attention, the discussion we had, it was just one additional star of our stay. Definitely recommend this hotel with all our hands :)

Excellent place. Amazing breakfast. Pool with the view. Corner room with the view. Friendly and professional staff. General manager Mr Niek Hammer was assisting with breakfast and was interested in everyone's well-being. One feels here like home. Recommend!
One can see it needs a bit of renovation but still service helps not to see those little things. Air condition works well, but you can adjust just 3 levels of how it blows which makes it kind of out of date especially for those who do not like hash AC. And we were surprised breakfast in 5 star hotel was not included in general price. It was our mistake to miss it, but still first time in my life breakfast in 5* hotel not included. In this hotel breakfast is worth to have. I mean it.

Perfekter Service, atemberaubendes Design und eine Gastfreundschaft die seines Gleichen sucht. Perfekte Führung, was sich in dem außergewöhnlichen Service wiederspiegelt. Alle Wünsche wurden sofort erfüllt! Tolle Lage…wir kommen wieder. Vielen Dank an Niek Hammer und sein Team!

1. Please consider to provide American coffee and water in lobby all day time. 2. Breakfast buffet quality has gone down compared to pre Covid time, for example, fruit section. We have stayed in your hotel since it was built so knew what it was like in the past.

The hotel upgraded me to an incredible suite. My first time at this hotel and my stay couldn't have been better. The Japanese restaurant, Yamazato, on the property was impressive. The General Manager, Niek Hammer seemed to be always around...during breakfast and even at Yamazato...checking on how the guests were doing. Don't see that very often.
