The house was a relaxing set up and gave us all space. There is a marina next door to the house so we didn’t swim, but views were great and the neighborhood was lovely. The owners were so helpful.

Spent a week here with my wife, 2 YR old daughter, and her nanny. The home and the property are gorgeous. When we saw the pics online it looked a little dated but we wanted to be right on the water and the price was right so we booked. When we entered the home we were very presently surprised. The wood is stunning, the home is very nicely decorated, the kitchen was very well provisioned (best we've ever had from VRBO rental) and the views and yard are just incredible. Host was very friendly and helpful, accommodating several of our annoying requests with no complaints or extra charges. He gave us the code the morning of check in and the house was ready early and sparkling when we got there. Only minor complaints were the rooms upstairs are very bright and the shades aren't great so expect some bright light at sunrise (or in our case, crying baby, we had to go buy black trash bags an painters tape first day so we could get some sleep) coming through those amazing picture windows or plan to get really creative trying to block it. We also found the mattress on the master was blown out and we kept waking up in a hole, on top of each other, in the center, and it wasn't very comfortable. Other than that, our stay was perfect. We are already looking at dates to come back to this little paradise on the water.

We had an excellent vacation. The home was perfect for our family. Our dogs enjoyed the ocean and the water access from property. Amazing views made it perfect and the location was easy access to local beaches and restaurants too! Island Park beach was a perfect, private spot for pets as well.

Flowers and a welcoming note upon our arrival to a clean home and a well stocked kitchen. Early morning sunrises and a grand view each and every day.

Easy to rent. Very cooperative.

Nice house with nice view of Narraganset Bay. The sandy beach however is above the waterline and there is a huge dock with several boats moored that is off limits in the middle of the waterfront area. The swimming area was not very nice with oil and gas and a rocky beach. The fishing access was limited as you couldn't fish off the dock or breakwall. The house itself, especially the porch and deck were beautiful and offered nice waterfront views.

We had a great week-long reunion stay at this property in Portsmouth. House was roomy, with plenty of space and furnishings for 5 adults; pleasant views. The property itself is not large, but we were mostly either out and about or hanging out inside. Was worried about noise from the marina next door, but that was no problem. The description was accurate and the property well-maintained and cleaned. We were the first to rent after a renovation. The house combines a new kitchen and other renovated space with some old charming features (lots of closets - and thanks for stocking with plenty of hangars - even a laundry chute). Because the renovation was just complete we did have some issues to report to the manager - but these were all promptly addressed to our satisfaction. We have no regrets at all about our choice.

Has a wonderful stay in Portsmouth. The house was beautifully decorated and furnished.Very clean,and roomy with all the amenities of home, Relaxing, gorgeous water views, and beautiful sunsets. Great restaurants near by. Nightlife, dinner and shopping in Newport, just 15 minutes away ! Don't forget to Walk the Cliff Walk and take pictures . Antiquing in Little Compton, and shopping at Historic Four Corners in Tiverton, great little art galleries, and such. Tiverton at 10 minutes and Little Compton 20 minutes, away. Had such a great variety of Beaches, in Portsmouth, Newport, Little Compton, and Tiverton ! Also just over the bridge was Bristol with quaint little shops and great cafe's and restaurants,walked Colt State Park, and had lunch in Town, many great places to eat with water views. Our family enjoyed every minute of our vacation. Great communication. Can't wait to come back next year.
