Great view

The view is amazing! Overall clean, though a few stains on the carpet at the entry way. Beds were comfy, hot water great in the shower. The blinds in the master are not great (one is dark one is white - not great if you want a dark room). AC worked very well. Kitchen well stocked, laundry room very convenient.

This trip was a one-year anniversary trip. When I was searching for a romantic place to stay, having a fireplace and a jetted tub were very important to me. After we arrived, we looked for instructions on how to turn on the gas fireplace. There were none. There was a remote with an On-Off switch that did not function. So we opened up the bottom of the fireplace insert and found some manufacturer's instructions. The illustration on that card did not match the installation - everything was backwards. We called the help phone number provided and I was told someone would email me instructions within 5-10 minutes. I checked my email at least 30 min later and there was nothing in Inbox or Spam. So I called back. Spoke with someone different. I was told there was no such thing as emailed instructions, and that the local manager would be the only person who could help me. But....too bad.....they don't take calls after 6pm unless its an emergency. I was told someone would call or text first thing the next morning. Never happened. I got a call the evening of 10/17. Was told he would come by in the morning to get it to work, which he did. So we had my "essential" fireplace for one night. He told me he would have the local manager call me. Never happened. Other issues that need attention: light over stovetop not working, both lamps in 2nd bedroom not working. What appeared to be a camping lantern was left to use. One lamp in 1st bedrm has broken switch. I would like a call from someone.

The first thing you see when you walk in is the amazing view of the mountains through the gorgeous, walk-out glass doors. Once through those doors, you are on an elevated porch and in the middle of serenity. If you want a quiet home away from home, this unit is it.

We loved this condo! Everything was as decribed. Room to spread out and play games while enjoying the view and fire. Parking was easy. Kitchen was well stocked. Kids enjoyed the jetted tub. We did try to contact the property manager about the exterior lights being off. It was pitch black at night which made it difficult to cross the bridge from parking and navigate the stairs. The response via Vacasa text was prompt and seemed promising. However, the local manager did not text so his number showed up as spam as we were out enjoying our day. Unfortunately, we returned to a pitch black complex once again. We left a day early so do not know if the issue was resolved.

The views are just perfection! The condo is spacious, and clean. The carpet did seem to need a good cleaning, but other than that it was really clean. The neighbors above played the tv really loud which made the evening not extremely relaxing. Overall it was a nice short stay with amazing views!

The place was very clean..Dog stains on carpet! Excellent view of Mountains..No decent patio furnishings!!.Tv was confusing to operate..Bed was comfortable but 19 inch Tv in B.R..This place is very bright..No drapes in living room..Lots of glare!!..Sliding screen doors to patio were hard to slide....Again..Vacasa did all they could..5 star for them..

Amazing views, easy parking, one flight of stairs down, quiet area and the condo was nice and large. Kitchen and laundry are ideal! Easy access to both sugar mountain (8 min) and beech mountain (25 min).

We loved this rental. Nice & clean, relaxing space. Didnt really delve into any amenities since it was a short stay but the view was gorge & had it been warmer, the large deck would have been great to use. Only complaint was that there was no hair dryer!

I have stayed at ski resorts all over North America and this condo may have been the best. Great open floor plan, fireplace, bathrooms, just everything. You park right out front so easy to load and unload. It's not ski in/ski out but the unit makes it all worth it. It seems like a newer unit but just because something is new doesn't mean it's good nowadays. The huge great room is awesome for hanging out.

When we arrived the place was immaculate. It smelled so clean. Yes the carpet isn’t perfect because it’s pet friendly but we didn’t mind what so ever. We appreciated all the pet toys and crate. We just felt right at home.
Throughout the whole home you can see all the amazing views and how nice this unit is. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need and it’s high quality brands. Also the home is furnished with my favorite furniture brands Attic Heirlooms and this is quality expensive furniture. I know because I have some in my own home. It’s also at the top of the mountain in one of the nicest areas in Sugar Mountain. You will not be disappointed. The back porch feels so private and tons of deer and hummingbirds come daily. We loved it so much we want to book it again for either fall or winter. Hands down one of our favorite places we’ve stayed.

A beautiful condo. Came with everything we needed. Loved the fresh cut flowers on the table. Very dog friendly. Our husky loved playing with all the awesome toys. Will most definitely rebook. Awesome hiking trails all around.
