Ligging is goed, het is groot en je kunt het gebruiken als uitval basis naar Düsseldorf

Contact met verhuurder is prima. Altijd netjes bericht gehad, sleutel overdracht gaat ook erg goed, en bij vertrek gaat het ook goed. Parkeren is goed te doen, bereikbaarheid met de auto ook, metro naar Düsseldorf altstad dichtbij. Bakker dichtbij, allemal top. Maar ...... Het was er smerig, veel vuil op de vloer. Borden in de kast nog nat en vuil en beschimmeld, koffiezetapparaat had een zwaar beschimmeld koffiefilter. Je kan in de keuken alleen koud en heel weinig water, je moest het (hete) water in de badkamer van halen De vaatwasser was niet goed en smerig. Net niet genoeg van kopjes en andere delen service en bestek. Genoeg bedden, maar niet genoeg zitplek. Huisje kan een dikke voldoende krijgen als deze puntjes worden opgelost.

Die zentrale Lage. EBK mit microwelle. Prompter Kontakt mit Vermieter wegen diverser Probleme.

Die angepriesenen Bilder sind irreführend. Ein sehr schönes Loftzimmer ist das Feature der Anzeige. Realität ist meilenweit entfernt davon. Das Zimmer hat wie eine Asylantenunterkunft ausgesehen mit 3 Betten auf engstem Raum hineingeschoben. Es ist beim Buchen nicht klar welches Zimmer man zugewiesen bekommt. Badezimmer mit kleinem Lüfter und ohne andere Lüftung, deswegen Schimmel vorhanden. Internet access sehr schlecht und permanent cut-offs trotz Routerneustarts seitens des Vermieters. Sehr eng und unkomfortabel. Saubere Bettwäsche, aber die Kissen und Decken an sich sind mit Flecken überzogen. Ein vergleichbares 4 Sterne Appartement 15 min entfernt zum unwesentlich höheren Preis wäre meine bessere Wahl gewesen.

We prepared breakfast ourselves. Facilities what we needed was there. Location is very good. The apartment was clean and quiet, no one disturbed. The possibility of using the key box is very convenient.

The room is too small for three beds. We stayed there in 2021 as well. Then there were 2 beds in the room.

No brekfast

Difficult for elderly to get up the stairs. Apartment cold. Shower cold. Not able to connect hairdryer in bathroom. Not good at all

The location was very good

The freezer didn't work and the light didn't work on the balcony. The balcony green gauze didn't look very nice. It would have been nicer to have plants on the balcony. The kitchen/dining room was too small, it wasn't big enough for 6 people. It would have been better if the 2 beds by the balcony were not there and a convertible sofa was there instead so you could use that room as a dining room. It would have been roomier.

Great value for money. Place was very clean

Some of the terrace furniture was broken. The was very little toilet paper supplied

The property was very clean and had all the basic items needed for a short stay

There were no heaters in the room (only floor heating in the bathroom)

Location is good. Parking places are available. Bedrooms were spacious.

Lack of living room. Apartment consists of three bedrooms and kitchen and bathrooms. Kitchen and dining table is the only place for common gathering, which becomes uncomfy with more people.
