Let first just say that we life long South Floridians. Part of the family live in North Carolina now.
We were celebrating a birthday and graduation. Unfortunately one of our family members has Cancer and receiving chemotherapy. A week before the trip he became very ill and was hospitalized. I called host and asked them to please consider refunding some of the money. They showed no sympathy and flat out said no. We have a 30 day cancellation policy. Told them I would provide hospital and doctors documentation. They refused to work with us.
Our ill family member got out of hospital a couple days before the trip under heavy sedation.
He insisted we still go on trip.
We arrived as scheduled and the upstairs guest were having a party and we could hear all the noise in our apartment.
The partying continued until 3am. The next morning I called manager Javier who was aware of our situation and the circumstances we were dealing with.
He sated that he would call the upstairs guest. The guest stop for the day.
Later on that night it continued until the morning . It felt like the floors had no insulation or noise reduction.
My family member with cancer decided to go stay at a different location.
I have never been so disappointed with a trip and the customer service!
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE !!!

Four of us meet each year for a week of fishing This property accommodates the group perfectly. Everyone has their own bedroom and bathroom. The place is clean and has the right layout for the trip. Would recommend for this type of trip

The house and location were perfect for our boys trip. Very clean, great view, and easy access to the pool. Being on the first floor with three full sliding glass doors provides a very relaxing stay with great light and easy access to getting outside. 3 in room bathrooms and one common one allowed everyone their own space to get ready.

We took a girls trip (8 of us) so having the 4 bathrooms was essential. Everything was exactly as pictured, clean and comfortable. We loved being on the water for the sunset and having the pool at the place. We did not walk to Duval street and Ubered but that was fairly cheap. It is walkable but probably 15/20 mins. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay again!

A great, convenient location! The entire family (seven adults) went to Key West for an adult Spring Break. We were very comfortable with our accommodations. Staff was friendly and the entire property was very clean. Would highly recommend.

The condo is wonderful. Very clean and comfortable. Easy to get anywhere you want to go. Our only complaint is there needs to be blackout curtains in the bedrooms. The exterior lights are VERY bright at night.

6-adults and 2-year-old granddaughter-perfect place-main floor easy access to pool, parking. Laundry and 2nd floor outdoor patio ideal extra on-site card playing/dining-lounging. We rented golf carts-ideal to get around included car seat. Nice that each couple had their own bathroom. Pre-arranged basic grocery/liquor delivery set-up--HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Saved so much time--helped us get right into vacation mode. Accommodated our luggage after checkout--we were able to have lunch together b4 take off! Recommend black out shades in bedrooms. Very accommodating host. Will stay again!PS when they say don't feed the chickens--DON"T---there is a reason!

We stayed here with 8 adults for a friend’s 50th birthday. The condo was perfect for the 8 of us. We each had our own room and bathroom. The pool was perfect, heated & clean. Avoiding the chicken poop was pretty gross but understandable as it is Key West. It’s about a mile and a half from Duval Street so we walked a few times but the Ubers arrived within minutes so getting places was very fast. Overall stay here was excellent.

This is my second time renting this condo - we love it here! This time we stayed with family, 4 couples-they had never been to key west before. It was quiet, but just close enough to everything- about 1 mile to Duval street. Loved the pool and having a grill. Just a great place to stay.

This four bedroom vacation rental property is very high-end. It is decorated very nicely. Everything is in good functioning order. The kitchen is equipped very nicely. All of the appliances are high end. There’s a nice porch on the back that faces the water. There’s no seating along the water. The pool is lovely. The landscaping and exterior hard scape it is perfection. There is a seating area upstairs with an additional icemaker which was very convenient. That area is a common area for all guests. The electronic lock system worked very well! There is ample parking around the building! There has been put a lot of attention to detail in the property. We had a very nice stay!

The rental was immaculate, spacious, and was just what my family of 8 was expecting. The only thing that was lacking was a curtain or blinds in the family area and the pool was a little too warm, but these were minor things. Overall, I'd stay there again.

The condo was in great condition and very clean! The outside area was beautiful and relaxing. Most nights we gathered (all 26 of us) to share our days experience. Very close to Duval Street and all the fun activities. Washers and dryers not in unit but on site, bring quarters! Great experience !
