We immensely enjoyed our stay @ The West Indie Inn. The home was laid out perfectly with four nice bedrooms and an open kitchen and great room. The screened-in porch was so relaxing over the marsh. We would most definitely stay here again.

The house and location are wonderful and allow for quick walk to beach or downtown Folly!

The house was perfect for our girls weekend. Plenty of room, great views and not too far of a walk from the beach.

The property met all our expectations. It was a great place to plan our beach adventures from. We encountered no problems.

We couldn't have enjoyed the house more, I feel like the pictures don't do it justice. We spent hours laughing and chatting on the shady screened back porch, watched beautiful sunsets and even took in a lightening storm. The beds are comfortable, the house well equipped with linens and kitchen accessories. The private outdoor shower and the jacuzzi tub make for luxurious vacation. Hopeful to return to this gem of a vacation rental one day!

The property was pretty and had good space. Although, there were a lot of dishes that were dirty in the cabinets and we found moldy food in the cabinets.

Can never stay long enough in Folly Beach. Excellent location with a beautiful trail to the beach and quick walk to town.

Plenty of room,clean except bloody hand print on bedroom door I called about and wasn’t resolved.Refrigerator malfunction with fridge full of food and had to buy a cooler plus ice.College fridge brought over promptly but too small.Trouble with door lock promptly resolved and maintenance personnel great.The property other than those things was much appreciated

We loved our stay- classic beach house well built and simple pleasant boho/Asian decor. Plenty of kitchen items, pillows, blankets. Beds were confortable (and we are fussy) bathrooms in good shape. Loved the marsh porch and the outdoor shower. Easy house to stay in. I suggest renting a golf cart or pull cart for beach trek. Bring books and cards. We finished the Salvador Dali puzzle, showed it to the dog and he growled at it. For TV people (we aren’t but watched Wimbledon) main room set is small but large wall mounted in master and guests rooms. Neighborhood is very nice and quiet. An easy walk to Main Street. Would definitely go back!!

This house was perfect for a reunion with friends. Plenty of space for everyone, great views of the marsh, and an easy walk to Center St and the beach. We really enjoyed our stay!

You couldn’t ask for a better location. The house is great. Make sure you take advantage of the screened in deck for those sunsets. Stunning!

This was the perfect place to celebrate my husband’s 40th birthday. The screened in patio and very walkable location were the best parts of the house. Would definitely book again!

This property was excellent for my family gathered together to celebrate our grandson's first birthday. The house/property was gracious, spacious and beautiful. Beach is a quick 10 minute walk away. Everyone had access to privacy when wanted, and the gathering space was perfect!

Having paid what I paid for this property it was surprising to see mold in the washer, TVs that didn’t work or have channels! This house was strictly rental furniture! The beds were metal frames and not comfortable! For what I paid I would have expected much more from a Charleston home having lived there for many years! Bringing people down to Charleston and folly beach to experience that charm didn’t happen! Couldn’t find beach towels, beds were broken and no way to entertain on nights in! Wasn’t what they made it out to be. Windows were busted and we had absolutely no interaction with the property people at all! The experience was not what was expected and very disappointing! Having stayed in a hotel the night before we were EXTREMELY disappointed the next day and throughout the stay about this property and what they charged per night! Plants were dying, things not up to par and just utterly unworthy the money they charged. The couches separated everytime you sat on them and you couldn’t find extra linens if needed! To us the experience lacked the charm needed for a place like this

This home was perfect for our annual family vacation. We found everything we needed for cooking. We enjoyed relaxing on the back screened porch. The location was perfect for walking and golf cart rides, and it’s a short walk to the beach. The outdoor shower came in handy after an afternoon at the beach. No complaints from this group! We had a great week.

Lovely location, wonderful accommodations. Couldn’t ask for a better place to spend vacation time with my loved ones. Best place I’ve stayed at Folly Beach in the last few years. Hope to rebook next year. Thank you for sharing your home.

We had a nice family reunion over Veterans’s Day weekend. Folly is quieter but still lots of options to stroll to in town and everything else a short drive to Charleston. The house was as we expected and we’d certainly like to stay there again perhaps next time in warmer weather!

House was nice and as described in the listing. Location was fantastic! Far enough away from the main drag to avoid the noise and traffic but close enough to easily walk to everything, including the beach.

Our family came together for memorial for my daughter. Perfect place instead of some impersonal hotel. Peaceful, close enough for those who wanted to walk to beach and hustle and bustle, but far enough away for us that wanted to enjoy the peaceful back porch. We hope to come back again.
