Great location, so close to everything we wanted, and so quiet! Nice small hotel with friendly helpful staff. Arranged our airport transfers and also looked after our luggage when we went on tour.

Dommage que cet hôtel ne fasse pas les petits déjeuners continentaux, alors que le 2ème hôtel Gemini situé à environ 200 m les propose.

I can see the staff's efforts in accommodating the guests and making their trips enjoyable. Great location to explore Saigon at a reasonable/affordable price! The room was clean and modern, and the bed was very comfortable.

Hot water in the shower wasn't great, but sometimes a nice cool shower doesn't go astray.

Location was very good. Close proximity to Bui Vien walking street and plenty of food places nearby. Staff were very good and accommodating for a late check out.

Room size was as advertised but the room had ants throughout which found their way onto the bed which wasn’t great.

Great location down a quiet side alley, off a main drag. War museum, markets, bitexco tower area all walkable. Big room, enormous bed, great aircon, big sink great for washing clothes in and balcony to dry them. Generous toiletries in bathroom..pump soaps. Lift access to all floors. Tea/coffee making gear. Byo tipple. Fridge in room working. Organised hassle free airport transfers. 400,000 one way. 300,000 back. More than a Grab or a taxi, but no drama and still reasonable. Chilled out local 'hood. Stayed 3 nights. All the staff were unfailingly friendly and helpful

Broken toilet seat which had to take care sitting on. Mentioned it to staff on duty, but not fixed while we stayed. Cool water shower. (Suited the 32° heat tho!) Has a kitchen area but no equipment beyond 2 cups and saucers and a kettle. (Plenty of food and drink options outside) Shower area starting to show its age...needs some maintenance. No biggies really. Enjoyed our stay. Good value.

The location is just at the start of Bui Vien Street. So if you are looking for a location near the clubs, this place is good. The staff were amicable.

However, because of its location, expect a lot of noise during the night. Try to stay in room that does not face the street, it might help with the noise. The King size bed is made by using two small beds together.

- no shelf in bathroom for toiletries - place seemed dirty, sheets/pillows/towels looked run down - not a strong air conditioner, for such a large room there should be more than 1

De locatie van het hotel is top! Het centrum en bezienswaardigheden zijn op loopafstand. Goed bed! Prima optie voor een aantal nachten.

Tuyệt vời. Thuận tiện di chuyển các điểm vui chơi, 2p đi bộ đến phố đi bộ Bùi Viện. Phòng ở sạch sẽ, an ninh, yên tĩnh. Nhân viên vui vẻ, nhiệt tình. Internet tốt và có truyền hình giải trí.

Great location down a little laneway that did not have any noisy cars or motorbikes using it… seemed to be only use by the residents who lived there. Easy access to rooms be elevator so you don’t have to lug bags up the stairs… saying that they did take my bags to the room whilst i checked in

Balconies just big enough to squeeze 2 people in… filled by a chair shuffle if one needs to go inside.

La seule chose de négative pendant ce séjour c’est au niveau de l’eau chaude de la douche qu’il y avait un problème, la température n’était quasiment jamais chaude.

Room was roomy and quiet. Location was convenient with a short walk to shops and food outlets. Staff were friendly and helpful when I needed directions to markets etc. Laundry service was efficient and fast. Reasonable tariff.

A minimal room.. there is nothing in the hotel... it is not a hotel at all but a building with old rooms. I would not recommend friends or people I know to stay in this building.... everything is stingy. The soap. The water. No coffee. No breakfast. Maybe it's backpacker rooms only

-we didn’t get our previous booked room instead they told us we‘ve gotten a room upgrade in my opinion it’s a downgrade!!!! We booked a modern room with a balcony and got a tiny room with no balcony. Luckily we only booked for 1 night -the room was dirty when we checked in with waste on the floor -staff can not speak Englisch you need a translater and even then you can not really communicate - the bed was extremely hard (almost like a stone) -the facilities were bad

Friendly staff, they helped me book a tour and coordinate the airport pickup. Very central location, great for getting around. The hotel is near a very noisy strip of bars so the music can be heard from the room, maybe not for light sleepers.
